因為有暖暖的陽光，過年期間基隆地區到處都是人潮，今天也是一樣，海洋廣場上擠滿了賞鴨人潮，許多民眾攜家帶眷坐在椅子上曬太陽，一整個上午市區交通還算暢通，不過主辦單位表示，下午賞鴨人潮應該會達到最高峰，預估陸續會有5萬人參觀。

氣象局指出，要把握這2天的好天氣，下星期因東北季風增強，北部與東北部氣溫會轉涼，降雨機會也會增加。（戴之聖／基隆報導）

本人是在台南展華書局裡看到已故的王鳳亭之著作[練習功力拳]
進而對功力門的武術有興趣
但是打聽了一下,台灣已無人練此拳
本人無武術概念,雖想學但是不知從何下手

C905插孔接觸不良

如題
突然發生的,近日又沒摔到
換了一組新耳機仍接觸不良,那應該是手機插孔問題吧
使用耳機聽廣播時,要一直用手壓著耳機排線和插孔的地方,要和電腦傳輸時也是
請問在台北建議去買維修,大約金額??

涉嫌開砂石車、衝撞總統府的男子張德正，檢方兩次聲請羈押，都遭台北地院駁回。昨晚檢方再度抗告，高等法院也再度撤銷發回。台北地院今天下午第三度召開羈押庭。結果，台北地院剛剛依舊駁回檢方的聲請，裁定張德正15萬元交保。 坐在輪椅上，閉起眼睛，低頭不發一語，開砂石車衝撞總統府的張德正，30號晚間與家人圍爐後，31號大年初一一早就接到通知，下午3點要重開羈押庭，在家人的陪同下，他再次來到台北地院應訊。 ==張德正哥哥== （會不會覺得三進三出）（很誇張有點委屈）有 謝謝 張德正是在25號開砂石車衝撞總統府，台北地檢署29號拘提偵訊後認為，張德正有逃亡之虞，向法院聲請羈押，但遭台北地方法院駁回，裁定當庭釋放，檢察官當庭提起抗告，高等法院在30號清晨4點撤銷裁定，30號下午重開羈押庭後，將他責付3名辯護律師。不過，台灣高等法院31號清晨再度發回更審，認為北院沒說明張德正有高度再犯殺人重罪危險性，也沒說明責付給3名律師的理由，因此在下午3度重開羈押庭。

==張德正律師 曾威凱== 到目前為止檢察官都還在偵查階段甚至連起訴都沒有更不要說經過法院的審判 判決有罪所以在這樣的情況之下我們可不可以用把他羈押的方式做為一種懲罰答案是不行的 律師認為，就算張德正有開車衝撞總統府，但目前為止仍在檢方偵查階段，還未起訴，檢方不能以羈押方式做為懲罰。
