車用二極體廠朋程(8255-TW)去年在全球新車市占率，直追5成，稼動率提升，朋程董事長盧明光表示，去年營收32.87億元，年增12.85%，但毛利率不計員工分紅費用化等影響，逆勢成長至近3成水準，獲利大幅跳升，改寫歷年新高。法人預估朋程去年本業部分，每股稅後盈餘約可達6.5元水準，加上處分正道(1506-TW)持股獲利挹注，去年每股稅後盈餘可達7.7元水準，年增率逾7成！

朋程去年在車用二極體部分，去年仍以中國市場占營收比重35%最高，其餘為歐洲26%、美洲19%，韓國14%，日本約5%，印度2%。朋程去年在中國市場持續成長，歐洲部分去年下半年也見到訂單逐月成長，業績呈現回升，日本市場部分，受到日元貶值影響，日本本土市場成長趨緩，不過日本海外客戶訂單比重卻持續升溫中。

朋程去年第4季業績表現，也隨歐洲市場訂單超出預期，單季營收衝上8.1億元，再創歷史新高，法人預估朋程去年在本業部分，獲利繳出亮眼成績，每股稅後盈餘約可達6.5元水準，加計處分正道持股獲利，每股稅後盈餘將可逾1.1元，去年全年每股稅後盈餘可達7.7元水準，以「跳躍式」改寫歷史新高。

朋程今年首季接單仍在升溫中，初估元月營收將可達2.95億元，較去年同期2.8億元成長，且為了趕工 交貨，今年農曆年後將提前開工，今年的旺季效應，可望自3月即可揭開序幕。

【吳家翔／台北報導】小英教育基金會執行長林全率團訪中5天，今回到台灣。林全表示，推動「台灣經濟發展新模式」是基金會的重要工作，為了深入了解中國經濟發展的實況以及未來策略，此行的主要目的是了解對岸在三中全會後，如何規劃台灣在全球經濟發展的戰略角色，以及將如何突破經濟轉型的挑戰。

去年7月，小英教育基金會｢台灣經濟發展新模式工作坊｣邀請中國銀行首席經濟學家曹遠征、對外經濟貿易大學金融學院院長丁志杰來台演講，探討人民幣未來發展走向課題。

林全表示，在丁志杰邀請下，我方組團回訪，成員包括幾位董事、監察人和政策顧問。此行以財經政策的交流為目的，前往對外經貿大學金融學院、負責財經政策研究與規劃的重要智庫及研究機構進行交流，並參訪天津濱海新區及數家大型民營企業。
