標題[請問] 因新年發祝賀文被檢舉王水桶 去哪申訴?

因新年發祝賀文被 八卦版的檢舉王水桶 我該去哪申訴? 自己發公告希望大家發祝賀文 然後又要桶人180天 根本就是意圖使人被水桶 加上他公告的時間是在23點47分 只有短短13分鐘要提醒鄉民 然後廢文合法時間又只有14分鐘 結果搞不清楚狀況的人就一堆冤枉被水桶 難道像我這樣晚了幾分鐘發祝賀文的人就是該死嗎? 我一定要上訴!!!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 194.81.72.175

年關近物價飆　土雞價格創18年新高

【胡治言／綜合報導】農曆春節即將到來，民生物價攀升讓民眾荷包將大失血。

今日出刊的《中國時報》報導，根據中央畜產會統計，土雞每台斤價格飆破55元，創18年來新高，烏魚子也因捕獲量少，每台斤漲至4百元，連水果也平均漲3、4成，民眾過年採買荷包將大失血。

納豆筋肉照修很大　胯下膨風出包

【毛敬智／綜合報導】藝人納豆在演藝圈以獨特的肥短喜感闖出一片天，他對外號稱自己身材158公分、68公斤，他雖身材5短，但女人緣奇佳無比，常被媒體拍到帶嫩美眉出遊，他近來頻頻夜騎單車，希望能藉此健康瘦身，但成效似乎不彰，近來有網友用修圖技術了結他的減肥的心願，幫他量身打造出魔鬼筋肉人模樣，納豆昨喜孜孜地在微博炫耀好身材。
 
照片中的納豆，整個人抽高又變壯，他身穿半截露臂襯衫，4塊腹肌清晰可見，更驚人的是臉蛋變瘦長，露出未曾看過的尖下巴，瞬間多了點斯文氣息，納豆興奮之餘不忘感謝修圖的網友萬能。微博照見光後，有網友又褒又虧「帥呆了，雖然還是哈比人」，也有網友直指「下面好大一包，太假太逞強」。

建議你可以用MIPRO的看看，他們家的無線麥克風是數一數二的大品牌。他們現在推出的樂器麥克風還蠻不錯的，有三種音頭可以搭配使用，還有很特別的迷你發射器，就夾在薩克斯風上。其實我之前也用過JTS的，有一次在婚宴場所跟一位伴奏的薩克斯風樂團有聊到，他們就用MIPRO的。後來我也才改用他們家的，音質真的比較好。個人經驗提供參考。

273084858177ea47c5ae79eca00a15b6 到了數位時代，鏡頭後的膠捲底片被電子感光元件取代，與光結合的不再是鹵化銀。大約在十年前，傳統膠捲底片相機被數位相機革了命，今天，數位相機同樣遇到與底片相機一樣的困局。今年全球相機總體出貨量預計下降超過 40%。


從前我們按下快門，光線經過快門簾幕灑落在底片上，經過數小時甚至數天的等待，照片終被沖洗出來；到了數位時代，鏡頭後的膠捲底片被電子感光元件取代，與光結合的不再是鹵化銀。大約在十年前，傳統膠捲底片相機被數位相機革了命，因為照片變得即時可見，也無需擔心底片消耗，底片的脆弱不再成為攝影愛好者的噩夢。數位相機統治了世界，留戀舊世界的柯達差點撒手人間。

不過當《時代雜誌》封面也使用手機拍攝的今天，數位相機同樣遇到與底片相機一樣的困局。今年全球相機總體出貨量預計下降超過 40%。面對手機，相機製造商曾一度寄予厚望的無反相機（mirrorless camera）成績讓人失望。

獨立作家、設計師 Craig Mod 在《紐約客》撰文：對於照片的需求，我們已進入一個傳播大於像素的年代。

和數位取代膠捲底片不同，手機對數位相機的衝擊並不在於成像結構，因為手機本來就是數位相機。而手機也不僅僅是數位相機，它同樣是通訊工具、資訊入口、是媒體播放機，它是生活，它是喜怒哀樂。

這才是相機廠商的噩夢：手機承載了人們一切需求。結果是，隨著手機成為越來越稱職的成像工具，現在人們更傾向手機完成拍攝。一頓飯、一瞬間、一張自我感覺良好的自拍，多數來自手機。因為手機輕便、它永遠在我們的手上、褲兜裡，一手拿起拍攝，隨即放回飯桌前，它是那麼自然，那麼融入我們的生活。

用手機拍攝的照片下一秒就會出現在你的社群網路上——對很多人來說，網上你的同樣重要。手機能以極低的時間成本幫你變成一個更好的自己：只需要輕輕一按照片就能加上漂亮的濾鏡，下一秒鐘它們就能 PO 到網上與人分享。

更恐怖的是，行動網際網路改變了照片的意義。現在我們的照片透過什麼途徑互相傳閱？是行動設備，是那塊小小的螢幕。在社群網路上，沒人會關心你的照片是否有豐富的細節，人們更關心照片的內容。

得益於手機的便攜、隨時聯網，照片能夠快速傳播，去年的波士頓馬拉松炸彈襲擊案，警方透過網上無數現場照片找到了的兇手，它們大多數由手機拍攝。

新年沒頭路　百名收費員今包車抗議

【胡治言／綜合報導】國道計程昨開始收費，高公局和遠通原承諾將協助收費員找到工作，但9百多名收費員中，目前僅有47人找到工作，今有1百多名收費員將包車到交通部抗議。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，今天有1百多名收費員將包車到交通部，抗議高公局和遠通遲未履行承諾，協助收費員在過年前轉業。高公局指，尊重收費員的抗議行動，高公局天天都在督促遠通電收盡速提出職缺。遠通電收則表示，將盡全力找職缺協助收費員轉置。
