標題[請益] PSU or 顯卡

PSU： 300瓦 西華朱雀M-ATX小機殼 內附 顯卡：msi N430GT 短版 and 測試用的 His 4670 下班回到家要開電腦，開關按下去閃一下就熄了， 打開機殼重插電源線，再按開關，一樣閃一下就熄，風扇有抖一下 當時想說慘了，不知道是PSU還是主機板，想說一個一個拆測試， 結果第一個動作拆了顯卡(N430GT)就可以開機，心想還好其他東西沒死。 然後又插回N430GT，又回到無法開機， 看看電容沒有特別發現爆掉或突起，想說該不會是PSU推不動了吧。 (N430GT壞了沒因為沒有其他電腦可測，至今尚未確認) 再拿HIS 4670插上去結果4670可以開機也可以正常使用 (這塊沒在用是因為用這塊機殼關不起來，且外顯是為了HDMI雙螢幕)， 因為現在手邊沒有其他電腦可以再測N430GT， 上網查了一下，似乎4670耗電量有比430GT大， 但是又覺得電器這東西有時候很難講， 想上來跟先進們請益一下，看能不能隔空把把脈， PSU有問題的機會大不大？ 在4670可以開的情況下， 真的會希望是N430GT自己去死就好，大不了再買塊二手短版來插 XD 感謝各位先進 : ) -- 　　別再怨了，現在正是好時光 17jump／sleeplist -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.161.110.214

　　美國公債利率 2013 年底已激增至 2 年多高點，多數分析師認為，今年恐怕只會一路飆高。

去年最後一個交易日美公債價格持續下跌，周二（12月31日）美 10 年期公債利率上揚 6 個基點至 3.03%，為 2011 年 7 月以來高點；美 30 年期公債利率也同步增加 7 個基點，至 2011 年 8 月迄今高點 3.97%。

投資機構 ED&F Man Capital Markets 資深副總 Michael Franzese 說，利率走高已是大勢所趨，「許多人都降低了（債券）投資部位」。

2013 年美 10 年期公債利率攀高 1.2 個百分點；近日接受《彭博社》調查的分析師估計，2014 年該殖利率將升高至 3.4%。

Columbia Management Investment Advisors 經理人 Zach Pandl 表示，對美債持有人來說，「美國與全球經濟成長加速是長期風險」。

巴克萊銀行（Barclays）估計，美 10 年期公債利率將維持在 3% 達一段時間，並且在 2014 年底觸及 3.5%。

該行資深分析師 Michael Pond 指出，除經濟成長增強外，通膨攀高是另一項伴隨而來的威脅。

事實上 2013 年開始走升的殖利率，已讓債券投資人吞下近 20 年來最大損失；巴克萊美國債券綜合指數 （Barclays U.S. Aggregate Bond Index）去年下跌 2.02%，為史上第二糟年度表現，僅優於 1994 年的 2.92% 虧損。

從 2008 年至 2012 年，該指數報酬曾高達 27%；然而去年已有大批資金自美債基金瘋狂流出，金額高達 812 億美元。

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】中國外交部發言人秦剛2日在例行記者會上，就中國駐舊金山總領館遭縱火一事，回應記者提問。秦剛表示，中國外交部和駐美使領館已就此事向美方提出嚴正交涉。

秦剛說，美國當地時間1月1日晚，中國駐舊金山總領館遭一身份不明歹徒縱火，致使總領館大門嚴重損毀，沒有人員傷亡。中國外交部已要求美方盡快破案，嚴懲肇事者，並採取有效措施加強中國駐美外交機構及人員的安全保護，確保不再發生類似事件。
