【方佳怡／新北報導】想拼年前就業，別錯過後天鼎泰豐徵才活動，新北市勞工局今起到20日，一連舉辦5場徵才活動、釋出逾4000職缺，14日登場為鼎泰豐專案徵才活動，外場人員起薪從38K起跳、洗碗工也有34k好薪資，勞工局今表示：「100名工作機會，預估將有1000人齊搶！」呼籲求職者別錯過。

新北勞工局指出，本月5場徵才活動，前2場今分別於蘆洲區公所及樹林區公所登場，現場計有40家廠商、提供1635個職缺，17日在新莊農會也邀請友達光電等逾30家廠商，提供近1500個工作機會；20日在土城區公所也有12家廠商、釋出逾800個職缺。

【大紀元2013年12月13日訊】（大紀元記者張妮法國報導）「社會團結」是法國人非常重視的一個概念，特別是在面對全球經濟危機的今天，許多社會團體會通過團結互助的方式促進地方經濟的發展和解決就業問題。有30年曆史的「愛心接力站」 （Le Relais）就是這樣一個機構。近日，該機構又在畢卡迪（Picardie)大區成立一個新的輔助就業坊間，即利用回收的紡織品，再生產工業抹布，從而解決當地的就業問題。作為台灣駐法國代表處的大使呂慶龍先生12月6日與代表處隨行人員前往該地區拜當地市長，並出席了位於克萊魯瓦（Clairoix）市的輔助就業小廠的開業典禮。

呂大使在剪綵儀式上說，他對「愛心接力站」回收可用資源並創造就業機會的做法非常欽佩；在推動資源回收的同時，不僅創造了許多就業機會，更重要的是發揚了促進社會就業與團結的精神，值得台灣學習與借鑒。近幾年來，台灣慈善基金會已和「愛心接力站」建立了良好的合作夥伴關係。呂大使認為，台、法合作已打下創雙贏的好基礎。

「愛心接力站」是由法國的皮埃爾神父創建的慈善組織Emmaüs旗下的一個機構。在過去的30年裡，秉承著幫助有就業困難的人士，並專門利用回收來的舊衣物生產工業紡織品，如今已成為法國第一家紡織品回收和再循環生產的運作商。在全國設有16000多個舊衣物回收箱，擁有員工2200名（其中，60%的員工擁有長期工作合同（CDI）。

在克萊魯瓦市，新開的輔助就業小廠面積僅有240平方米，聘請員工10名，處理22個舊衣物回收箱。員工通過對回收上來的各種紡織物進行剪切加工，製成一塊塊工業用抹布。這裡的員工可在作坊工作半年的時間，積累了工作經驗後，可再重新融入社會重新就業。

在參觀「愛心接力站」回收衣物專賣店時，北部地區負責人Emmanuel Pilloy向呂大使介紹說，「愛心接力站」 在全法國設有70家專賣店，廉價銷售由該組織回收的高品質服飾、鞋子、家飾品及皮件等。他說每回收10噸舊衣物，就可創造一個就業機會，對促進經濟發展十分有益。
