 不管是異性戀、同性戀、雙性戀、跨性別，國家都應該愛你們、包容你們。國家不能保證每一個人都被父母接納，被老師同學平等對待，每一個人都有人愛，可是國家必須確保你們在法律之前是平等的，同樣享有家庭、受教、婚姻、言論自由...所有這些追求美好生活的權利。

 歧視在任何一個時代都存在，而相對應的反歧視文化運動將描繪出那個時代的輪廓。法國大革命的自由、平等、博愛，俄國的解放農奴，美國的解放黑奴戰爭，二戰的反希特勒反抗軍都是時代的風貌。

 厭惡同性戀，恐懼不熟悉的東西，總是覺得自己高人一等，這種人永遠都存在。個人好惡、宗教信仰，沒有什麼好討論的。基本人權的概念不是競爭的概念，不會誰多了基本人權，誰就少了一些。這不是「資源掠奪」。國家修法不能立即解決歧視，只是要落實「人人平等」，使得那些一直存在，卻長期被剝奪人權的「我們所不了解以致法律疏於定義的人」，得到他應有的「天賦人權」。

 性完全是個人的事，婚姻是兩個人的事，這是連國家都不得介入的私有領域。這個法案，在於賦予某一些人基本人權，而不是在宣揚某一種性愛價值，而如果它宣揚了某種價值，那個價值叫做「自由、平等、博愛」這樣的人權普世價值。這時企圖阻止國家平等地賦予「基本人權」，是可恥的行為。

 我在臉書上說，「為什麼我們痛恨希特勒，為什麼我們痛恨蔣介石，因為他們摧毀了許多家庭，如果我們不允許同性戀結婚成家，我們的罪惡與他們有何不同？」有留言說，這跟蔣介石有什麼關係？幹嘛每件事都扯到政治？被恐怖統治過的人經常慣用的政治手腕就是喜歡宣稱「no politics」，而且在那一刻忽然高傲地安全起來了。然而，只要世界還有不公平不正義，我們就不得不一直討論政治，而往往那個要求我們「no politics」的人，正是選擇與不正義的宰制關係站在同一陣線，並拒絕溝通的人。

 我舉希特勒和蔣介石為例，因為他們是「踐踏人權」的獨裁者。獨裁者就是高舉一種道德、一種價值，而殘暴地踐踏異己的統治者。在我的文字裡，蔣介石與希特勒是詩意的隱射，也絕對是政治的控訴。人類的歷史有多長，壓迫同性戀者的歷史就有多長，這是一個嚴肅的事，絕不是一個輕挑的性議題而已。如果我們能理解莎士比亞的悲劇「羅密歐與茱莉葉」，如果我們也感受到李安的「斷背山」，想想這樣的悲劇我們還要它繼續在我們的周遭上演多久，我們怎能麻木不仁。

 我是個20世紀的人，曾經在小學時拿著鍋子在街上敲打，喊叫著「摃坩ㄚ 」（台語雞姦），當街歧視同性戀鄰居。今天晚飯後我講述這個故事給小孩聽，她們激動得嚷嚷要我立刻去跟他道歉，我說他年長我三十幾歲，太遲了！

 立刻吧！台灣，不要再拖了。

台股今（13）日開低走低，儘管大盤守住8000點關卡，但卻守不住半年線8137點，財政部次長兼國安基金操盤人吳當傑今天明確表示，目前還不到國安基金進場護盤時刻。

媒體提問，進來食安問題連環爆，衝擊消費信心，恐不利台股後市表現，吳當傑則回應，他無法預測台股行情，未來若投資人信心逐漸回籠，台股應有機會再度反彈。

提及金管會與台銀間針對聯貸案殺價釀成的風波，吳當傑則說，以財政部公股股權管理角度來看，自然希望公股銀行放款利率能銀行公會「自律規定」，過去央行、金管會和相關單位的金融小組聯繫會議也很關切此議題。

至於放款利率到底要多少合理？吳當傑則說，目前銀行公會訂定的放款定價自律規範，就有要求銀行資金、風險等成本，並無明確規範利率不得低於多少，但強調銀行間勿惡性殺價競爭，避免傷及銀行獲利表現。
