讀書絕對不能只靠記憶力，
記憶力只是學習能力的其中一項，並不是全部；
你必須加強的是讀書的理解力，而不是只著重在記憶。
只有記憶而沒有理解，那只是死背死記，很浪費時間，而且背過很容易忘記。

功課記不住，一般都不是記憶力的問題，主要在於你用的方法對不對，
如果你是用死背死記的方法讀書，那不管你花再多時間，效果一定有限。
其實只要你的讀書方法正確，大範圍的功課一樣能輕鬆的準備，
做到事半功倍的效果。

正確的讀書方法一定要強化自己讀書大腦的深度思考，
讀書的過程有經過自我深入的思考，才有進一步的理解，
這樣讀過的東西印象才會深刻，才不會讀過就忘。

首先，正確讀書方法一定要學習自己會做思考筆記。
做筆記不是指上課抄重點或整理重點的筆記。
正確的筆記方式必須是自己思考後寫下自己想法的筆記，
因此，做筆記不僅可以幫助自己讀書做到真正的深度思考，
更可以將讀過的資料進一步濃縮變少，
將讀過的東西轉換成自己的思考架構記錄下來，
這樣子未來要再複習就可以省下至少一半的複習時間，真正做到讀書事半功倍。

其實不管讀任何科目，都必須用思考理解的方式去準備，絕對不能死背硬記。

像國文、社會等這類文科，要會用自己大腦思考的方式來準備，
將課本上的內容變成自己的思考架構，
找出資料的關聯性，這樣讀過有自己的想法，才不容易忘記。

數學、理化這些理科更是一樣，要善用大腦去理解基本觀念及各種公式，
不能光靠死背公式、多做題目、硬記題型，因為考試題目是變化無窮的，
如果只有背公式記題型，那一定無法應付各種考試。

讀書或準備考試有正確的讀書方法，
不僅在上課時可以更有效掌握老師的講課內容，自己複習時也能更快吸收，
可以縮短大量的讀書準備時間，更快速提升讀書效率，減輕自己的讀書壓力；
更可讓你有更充份的時間去準備更多功課，或做你其他想做的事。

今(13)日發布第3季「宏利投資者意向指數」，調查指出，台灣人投資人在第3季度對於現金以外的所有資產類別的投資意向都出現下滑，當中對於房地產及股票投資意向的下降尤為明顯。

調查顯示，本季股市投資意願指數是-13，上季是0和第1季是-10，都屬於全年新低。宏利投信總經理張維義指出，台灣人投資股市意願降低，除了對股市波動及美國聯儲局逐步退出量化寬鬆政策的擔憂，主要原因是由於市場波動性和上市公司利潤微薄；恰逢第3季度台灣共同基金行業出現資金淨流出達新台臺幣298億元，對共同基金的投資也表現出類似的悲觀情緒。

本季房地產投資指數為-30，和上季度-6大幅下滑，顯示投資人對房地產市場缺乏信心，即便是主要自住型住房投資的意向指數也降至-11。此外，由於投資人認為房價過高且預計可能出現調整，43%的受訪者表示目前並非投資房地產的正確時機。

從區域的綜合指數來看，台灣投資者意向指數由第2季度的+1降至第3季度的-9，甚至低於第1季度的-8；在亞洲七個市場中，台灣受訪者的負面意向排名第二低，僅高於排名第一低、意向最為悲觀的香港。

宏利亞洲投資者意向指數（Manulife Investor Sentiment Index）是針對該地區的季度性調查活動，橫跨亞洲七大市場，衡量和追蹤投資人對於重要資產類別及投資工具取向上的看法。

此項調查研究在今年8/16-9/5期間，針對香港、中國、臺灣、日本、新加坡、馬來西亞和印度尼西亞進行，個別市場各自據以研究的500組有效訪談。除了在馬來西亞和印度尼西亞採用面談方式之外，其他市場都是透過線上訪查取得。受訪者年齡在25歲以上，為家庭財務主要決策者，且目前持有投資產品。
