【黃瑞娟／花蓮報導】鳳林鎮是全國聞名的長壽村，大榮一村今舉行社區老人關懷站啟用儀式。社區發展協會理事長余福盛表示，大榮一村將近有半數人口都是70歲以上老人，為了讓阿公阿嬤們更樂活健康，衛生所特在此設立服務站，每月兩次到活動中心免費幫老人做簡單的健康檢查。社區阿公阿嬤總動員，分組捏麻糬、磨擂茶、拉二胡，展現「不輸給年輕人」的熱情與活力。

出井伸之領導Sony公司期間，見證日本企業的非凡成就，如今75歲的他打算重塑自己的定位，要集矽谷創投業者與好萊塢A咖兩種角色於一身。

這位Sony前執行長形容自己是許多計畫背後「製作人」，包括創投基金、設計顧問公司和企業家沙龍。出井伸之希望，在創業環境艱難的日本，助新創企業一臂之力。

據世界銀行（World Bank）評比，全球185個國家中，日本的創業容易度排名第114，落後迦納和坦尚尼亞。像孫正義創立軟體銀行這類的例子少之又少。紐西蘭在這項評比中摘下第一，美國第13名。

出井伸之在東京的量子突破公司（Quantum Leaps）總部說：「我們希望改造日本企業和日本社會，因為繼Sony和本田汽車之後，除了零售產業，日本不曾出現大企業。」

對於領導Sony期間的諸多批評，出井伸之一一反駁。他說：「我不認為我哪裡做錯，一開始我只是Sony的員工，從未想過有天能當上全公司的執行長。擔任執行長就像坐雲霄飛車起伏不定，難免遇上負面的壓力。」

出井伸之接任總裁兼執行長之前的四個月，Sony股價在2000年3月站上1.63萬日圓的巔峰，等到他在2005年6月卸任時，股價已經跌到3,900日圓。目前約2,000日圓上下。

出井伸之在2006年創辦量子突破，是一家幫助日本創業家的公司。他為了幫助新創公司，通常以自己的名字背書、有時甚至自己出資。他的最新計畫——他比喻成「出井工作室」製作的一部電影——是一支創業投資基金。他正計劃號召企業贊助商，為這支創投基金募資。

出井資助過的公司包括智慧手機零件製造商Dreamforest，能助使用者微調高爾夫揮桿動作；成立四年的手工電動跑車製造商Green Lord Motors，這家設在京都的新創公司今夏接到36輛車訂單，每輛售價800萬日圓（8.2萬美元），出井看好這家公司有朝一日將能與美國電動車製造商Tesla匹敵。

出井從一個帶領15萬名員工的執行長轉換跑道，如今在這家員工僅10人的公司扶植新創企業，改變很大。但出井認為，新任務反倒凸顯他在企業體制下，學到如何激發創新的艱難一課，「我為Sony工作多年，試圖改變這家公司，但要改變一家營收900億美元的大公司非常困難。公司實在太大了」。

Sony在他10年任期內，沒有趕上轉換到平面電視的潮流，發明隨身聽的光芒也被蘋果iPod所掩蓋。但另一方面，他也成立Playstation事業、並創立手機合資事業，讓Sony有能力迎向未來的挑戰。他說：「管理公司就像一場沒有盡頭的馬拉松競賽。」

不過創投基金CrossPacific資本公司管理夥伴塔爾說，像出井這種一輩子在大企業一步步往上爬的人，很難分享白手起家的創業經驗給創業家，「我們在矽谷做事的方式，是與從無到有的人共事，向他們學習」。

在日本，多數創投資金都由討厭承擔風險銀行所營運。創業投資企業中心（VEC）統計，截至2012年3月止的12個月內，日本新創公司共募集到12億美元；相較下，美國國家創投資本協會（NVCA）的數據顯示，美國新創公司2012年共募集到270億美元。出井說：「矽谷的生態系統，從史丹佛大學和創投公司Sequoia Capital開始，他們互相幫助。日本沒有這樣的環境。」（取材自彭博資訊）
