餐廳名稱：鹿兒島日式涮涮鍋 地 址：高雄市三民區十全一路468號 電 話：07-3133738 營業時間：11:00~14:00、17:00~22:00 價位範圍(每人)：190元 鄰近捷運站：後驛站 ------------------------------------------------------------------ 圖文詳情版：http://nier1008.pixnet.net/blog/post/41598371 【文章內容僅代表圓格格當天"食"在的個人感受，不一定等於大家所預期的消費體驗哦】 有沒有覺得天氣越來越涼了呢，這就是火鍋的前哨發出呼喊聲了(少來了~如果天氣很 熱你也一樣可以怡然自得的大吃火鍋)，因為我真的很愛吃鍋類，所以今天來介紹一下 我至少吃了有十年經驗的日式涮涮鍋─ 鹿兒島。 鹿兒島的用餐空間只有一樓，客人就是坐在這個長長的吧?邊桌上面用餐，因為我今天 去吃火鍋時已經是一點了，有稍微避開了用餐人潮，所以不用等待就有位置坐了。但如 果像是晚上比較熱門時段的時候，或是這種天氣越來越冷的催化之下，就準備等位置吧 ~~ 店家會站在吧檯的前方為客人服務，舉凡調醬料、倒飲料、切肉片、盛甜品，都是在你 看的到的地方進行服務~所以客人隨時要加湯或是任何需求時都可以很快速的回應。 其實我每次來吃鹿兒島都是想喝它的湯頭而來的，不然以我的本性而言，我個人是更喜 歡「石頭火鍋」厚重的湯頭香氣，遠勝過於涮涮鍋這種較為清爽的口味。但人總是會偶 爾想來一下清淡的口味，所以鹿兒島就會是我的首選了。既然想喝湯頭而已，所以我都 只會點最便宜的火鍋來解口慾即可囉~ 基本菜盤(配餐為冬粉) 我這個人就是這麼的沒變幻，有冬粉可以選我怎麼可能去選別的麵食或是飯類呢! 但是 我也推薦一下它的手工麵，它的手工麵條有附上美乃滋的沾醬~沒錯，就是店家特調的 美乃滋呦，這還是我第一次看到店家的沾醬是美乃滋，很顛覆傳統吧，但吃起來也不會 覺得很奇怪哦，因為美乃滋讓麵條更滑順入口，變成甜滋滋的手工麵，所以嗜吃甜品的 人客丫，你們也可以來Try 一下，但沒圖沒真相，說那麼多我卻沒點手工麵，因為冬 粉加沙茶才是我的命!!! 豬肉盤 190元 牛肉盤 200元 鹿兒島的佐料有分日式、沙茶，店家還會詳細問你：蔥、蒜、辣椒需不要一起放，這句 話我每次都會深入大腦好好思考怎麼說，因為不愛蒜，所以店家一口氣講很多辛香味時， 會搞得我都有點無法第一時間回答。但因為我吃了太多次，也練習很多次─「不要蒜， 其它都要，份量都要多一點」(不然沙茶的份量對我而言會有點少~) 吃火鍋我也有一個小習慣，會把附加的生雞蛋讓蛋黃、蛋白分離，蛋黃要加進沙茶醬增 加它的滑潤度及香氣，而蛋白就是用來沾肉片讓肉片可以更滑溜溜。而因為只要不是有 機的生雞蛋我還是會有點小怕怕不敢吃全生的，所以我會把蛋黃放到大湯匙讓熱湯滾它 個5、6分熟再撈起。 然後再把半生不熟的蛋黃跟沙茶均勻的攪和，就很perfect~可以安心吃火鍋了~ 生蛋白就乖乖的跟肉片擁抱在一起，之後剩餘的蛋白汁液再倒進火鍋湯裡，還可以吃到 我愛的熟蛋白，完全不會浪費呦~ 豬肉片~叮咚叮咚~得分~ 牛肉片記得也不要煮太熟哦~叮咚叮咚~也得分~ 雖然蛤蜊只有兩顆~但顆顆都有飽滿哦~而且還是活生生的會吐出它的舌頭~ 可以無限續杯的百年不變紅茶~ 我的重點戲來了，吃到最後就是冬粉出場的時刻了，把它跟高湯煮到晶瑩剔透的狀態， 再加上一匙沙茶醬料，讓它們一起上下翻滾打圈圈的攪拌均勻就大功告成囉~真的好美 味好好吃~不容置喙~ 最後會附上一碗也很常見的綠豆湯當作ending~ 這間涮涮鍋我吃過的數次真的是十個指頭也數不完，以我不常吃日式涮涮鍋的程度而言， 每年至少也會吃個兩次。因為與其去吃別間的日式涮涮鍋連鎖店，以同樣肉品來說，鹿 兒島真的還比較划算實惠。不過我覺得今天店家的服務態度讓我覺得很奇怪，以前她們 的對客人的態度都很積極、聲音高亢，但不知道今天是怎麼回事，我還是第一次看到她 們的服務就很像一般般沒有溫度的熱誠，但食物的味道跟以前是一樣沒有改變的，可能 她們累了想趕快中午要休息了~~whatever~鹿兒島是一間默默打拚自己私人的小型 火鍋王國，靠著老客戶的回流，就可以讓它們的生意不需要靠任何的廣告宣傳就有不錯 的成績，持續在十全路上屹立不搖的擁有自己的一片天~ -----------------------(以下請勿刪除)----------------------------- 2-3.1 商家宣傳 禁：店家假徵求試吃活動、真宣傳要求寫食記 禁：店家假贈送，真要求上門的顧客再做其它消費行為 禁：因店家提供禮物或招待後回板上寫之食記、心得文 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.85.173.46
