【陳嘉恩／台北報導】受到東北季風帶來的涼空氣影響，今天清晨各地氣溫持續偏低，其中嘉義因輻射冷卻效應，今天清晨觀測到16.6℃低溫，再創台灣本島平地今年入秋以來新低溫紀錄。

氣象局預測，今天白天東北季風略減弱，溫度有機會比昨天回升一些，預測北部和東半部可達25、26℃，中南部約27、28℃，感覺稍涼到舒適，但是入夜到清晨，除了較涼的空氣還要加上輻射冷卻效應，清晨的溫度都會偏低，預測最低溫北部還是只有約17、18℃、中部16℃、南部及東半部約19到20℃，日夜溫差較大，提醒民眾注意。

標題[閒聊] 有人因為"繼承者們"回去看"信義"的嗎?

因為繼承者們到現在只有6集實在是解不了我假日的空虛XDD 所以我又重看了一次小花夫婦的片段。 去年看信義的時候，我是早早就開好官網等直播。 最後看到結局差點翻桌呀~!!!! 這幾天重看之後，想不到...... 有些片斷已經忘的差不多了，我的記憶呀= = 結果看到最後幾集......哭得唏哩嘩啦的。 尤其是崔瑩忍住心中的痛，寧願讓恩琇回到"現在"治療，而不是在"過去"等死那邊。 恩琇明明已經願意待在崔瑩的身邊了。 而且明明沒有甚麼特別的台詞，崔瑩只是說"（如果我能擁有妳）就會是一輩子，不是一 天或幾天。" 就把我電得七葷八素。 想不到重看一次又得了一次崔瑩病。 去年看到結局真的差點買張機票飛去韓國放火。 不過今年看的時候，卻覺得滿足了...... 結局明明是互看看是很明顯看到他們的眼神交流呀...... 如果不是他們我覺得演不起來。 狠心一點的話，搞不好恩琇回到現代就是結局的耶 最後有相望到實在是可喜可賀了呀~~~ 後續發展就自己腦補了吧 嘿嘿嘿嘿嘿嘿 結果今天上班的時候想到一些信義的片段，明明是星期一還是覺得心情很好:) 然後後天就要星期三了耶~~又可以看到金蛋了XDDD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.24.192.107

【陳意佳／台北報導】劉若英昨天到北京大學、中國傳媒大學演講，分別以「幸運與選擇」和「夢想」為主題，與莘莘學子分享生活經驗。她透露，高中畢業後到美國念書，曾因不適應單獨生活，苦得想要放棄，她打電話給祖父，表達想放棄學業回台灣，但祖父卻嚴厲地說：「如果妳大學沒有畢業，妳死都要死在美國。」祖父過去對她有求必應，態度突然這麼嚴厲，也讓她學會自己克服難關。

無線花旦胡杏兒與黃宗澤分手後，先後與台灣男星黃少祺、大陸小生于波及馬天宇傳緋聞，但全部不是真命天子，胡杏兒日昨自爆曾與香港的圈外人拍拖，可惜因性格不合，戀情維持兩個月便告終。

無線行政主席梁乃鵬日前宴請人氣劇《衝上雲霄Ⅱ》台前幕後慶功，包括張智霖、胡杏兒、吳卓羲、傅嘉莉等出席，但男女主角吳鎮宇和陳法拉則雙雙缺席。

胡杏兒最近在大陸受訪時，承認與黃宗澤分後手後曾拍過一次拖，但已成為過去式。胡杏兒說：「之前都同大家講過有人追，他是香港圈外人，拍拖好短時間，只有兩個月，覺得不適合已經和平分手。」她又稱現時沒拍拖，因太忙沒有追求者。

胡杏兒與黃宗澤不時被傳餘情未了，被問是否仍喜歡「舊口味」﹖她說：「哎呀！好難答」。她笑言正學法文，不介意與外國人拍拖。

張智霖最近被指以日租2萬5000港元借出林寶堅尼跑車為《變形金剛4》拍攝，談到他最近客串老婆袁詠儀拍攝電視劇《龍門鏢局》，他坦言感覺怪怪，並自稱沒有收看老婆接受節目《最佳女主角》訪問，又指內容已經講過很多次。

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】上海交通大學前天發表2013年「兩岸四地大學排名」百強，北京清華大學連續三年名列第一，台灣大學與新竹的清華大學則分列二、三名。這份排名是由上海交大世界一流大學研究中心發表，中國上榜共64所、台灣27所、香港7所、澳門2所。

上海《新聞晨報》稱，中國的大學與台港相比，明顯缺少具有影響力的國際學者。具博士學位教師比例的前9名都是台灣的大學，且比例均在90%以上。

中國的經濟實力在「辦學經費」排名充分展現，其中北京清大以381.6億台幣排名第一，北京大學、浙江大學、上海交大、香港大學則分列2到5名。「頂尖論文」排名則以北京清大、北京大學、香港大學奪下前3名。

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】美國一位29歲的黑人男性，到紐約著名連鎖百貨公司專櫃，買了一隻瑞士名表要送給母親，卻無端被指使用假信用卡，被警察戴上手銬帶回警局調查。

29歲的布朗(Robert Brown)在今年6月8日，前往紐約曼哈頓的梅西百貨(Macy's)，以信用卡買了一隻價值1300美元(約台幣3.9萬元)的瑞士摩凡陀(Movado)手錶，要當作禮物送給攻讀學位有成的母親，正要趕往母親的畢業典禮時，卻被一群便衣警察圍住，這群便衣說懷疑他使用的信用卡是「偽造或未經授權使用的」，布朗雖然立刻拿出隨身的身分證件、社會福利卡與護照，企圖證明自己就是持卡人本人，但這群便衣卻認定連這些證件都是假的，將他銬上帶回警局。

當然，布朗隨即遭到釋放，並在一名警察協助下，趕赴母親的大學畢業典禮。

這個名字或照片中人的長相有些熟悉嗎？布朗是全球最大電影有線頻道《HBO》的簽約演員，由他主演的電視影集《劫後餘生》(Treme)當時正在播映，布朗當場取出身分證明文件要證明自己清白時，警員不但指控他的文件都是偽造，還當面說他「買不起如此貴重的物品」。

由於本月初才傳出，有2名年輕的黑人女性，在另一家連鎖百貨巴尼(Barney's)也因為購買名牌包，無端遭到警方拘捕，布朗在經過仔細考慮後，決定延請律師，昨天(25日)正式對紐約警方與梅西百貨提出「種族歧視」的告訴，布朗的律師在訴狀中寫明：百貨公司和警方是根據布朗的年紀和種族而懷疑他，明顯對黑人青年有著偏見，他不希望再有其他黑人遇到類似的事情。

梅西百貨發言人不願多談案情，僅表示「這起事件已經進入法律程序」；而紐約市政府法律事務部官員則說，只要收到相關資料，就會立即展開調查。警方則指出，零售業人員只要懷疑正在進行中的交易可能是非法的，就可以立刻通知警方跟進，店員私下報警是標準做法。
