餐廳名稱：博多天ぷら やまみ 博多天麩羅山海 (台北店) 消費時間：2013/10 地址：台北市信義區忠孝東路五段8號阪急百貨 B2 電話：(02) 2723-1885 營業時間：11:00 ~ 21:30 每人平均價位：300 ~ 400 圖文網誌：http://juujon.pixnet.net/blog/post/165887565 前一陣子吃過了天吉屋覺得還不錯，部分品項吃起來算得上物美量足，不過有板友推薦了 這間位於阪急百貨樓下的博多天麩羅山海，更加地美味精緻。其實這間以前就見過，不過 跟其他間餐廳相比人潮並不是那麼地多，既然有板友推薦這就前來造訪看看。 博多天麩羅山海其實是やまみ食工房集團旗下的一間餐廳，同體系的還有博多もつ鍋やま や，以及前一陣子因創意廣告而紅極一時的銀のさら，不過這間主打的是天麩羅，還推出 了辛子高菜與辛子明太子無限享用的服務，就單價不便宜的明太子愛好者而言可說得上是 一大福音，不過也因為這樣，低消就要價至少一個定食或丼飯喔。 店裡是以吧檯式的座位為主，點餐後會先附上餐點的前盤，同時間可以在開放式的廚房中 看到自己的餐點現點現炸的過程，丼飯的話會直接以碗盛裝，而定食會將炸品逐項呈盤， 確保每一品都是剛炸起來的最佳品味時機。 米飯烹煮得相當地漂亮有彈性，不過卻不能續碗，單點價格卻也不便宜，可能是擔心明太 子無限供應的組合太過下飯所做的因應措施，個人覺得誠意上或許可免費續上一碗會是比 較貼心的。辛子明太子果然十分鮮美，些微的辛辣刺激味蕾，品質不差值得一試，就是太 鹹一定要搭配著食用才好。 普遍來說這裡炸物都表現得相當精美，比起過去吃過的經驗來說，更能感到精緻的細節。 蔬菜油炸後毫無惱人的生味，鮮甜與水份則完整保留住，從香菇跟茄子看得出功夫。草蝦 的熟度拿捏得恰到好處，充分掌握其脆彈鮮嫩，蝦頭更不容錯過。 但最令人驚艷的是紫蘇梅白肉魚，白肉魚味清因此處理細節上都不能忽略，毫無腥味且不 乾柴，那清清淡淡的鮮甜與紫蘇梅搭出格外地清爽，炸衣酥脆卻不搶口感，這次的炸物就 屬這品最令人喜愛，推薦。 不過剩下兩品就比較微妙，起士雞肉味道算得上不錯，但過於小塊且裡頭起士有些不足， 稍嫌可惜。蝦仁什錦感覺只是湊數，一來組織頗為空洞，二來跟前幾品的落差太大，說穿 了就是在吃洋蔥，其他品項比較出色。 其他兩道丼飯因為沒吃所以不好評價，不過據朋友的表述跟我差不了多少，各單品都炸得 功夫了得，就是份量跟飯實在是太少了些。 其實在博多天ぷらやまみ用餐來看不難發現女性顧客佔大多數，一方面可能用餐環境頗有 氣氛且雅緻，另一方面可能也是因為餐點較精細且量小。要說細緻度跟口味上來講的確是 一時之選，可以好好嚐嚐食材的鮮美，尤其是明太子免費供應這點確實吸引人。不過真正 在用餐過程中有些不盡甚完美，飯不只不能續且單價高昂，服務態度不至於不悅但態度有 些些冷淡，也就不難想像雖然品質不差，卻不像同樓層其他同業一般地大排隊，精緻是有 ，豐富就算不上了，端看個人取捨嘍。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.162.83.18

【陳郁仁/台北報導】馬英九總統近來常被民眾砸鞋抗議，導致警方準備「攔鞋網」維護總統安全。《中國時報》今報導馬總統不認同「攔鞋網」，認為引發負面聯想，親自要求撤除。總統府發言人李佳霏上午澄清，沒有「總統下令與否或喜不喜歡的問題」，總統尊重特勤中心與警方對維安的考量，如有需要，還是會架設攔鞋網。

知情人士表示，如果總統活動在戶外，跟民眾距離又很近，加上事前掌握的情資，為了元首的維安，有需要就會架設「攔鞋網」，但若在室內或管制較嚴的場合，可以控制狀況，就不需要，「總統根本沒有指示撤網，特勤中心負責總統安全，如果有需要卻不用網子，出事了誰負責？」
