餐廳名稱：國華街肉燥飯 消費時間：2013年/10月 地址：地址：台南市中西區國華街3段125號 營業時間：07:00-14:00 推薦菜色：肉燥飯、魚肚湯、魚皮湯 圖文網誌：http://nerdkid.pixnet.net/blog/post/39614545 ===================================================================== 一直以來「水仙宮」附近的各條小巷子就常常塞車， 這裡可以說是台南小吃的集散地， 來台南如果時間不夠多，又想要一次吃遍各種小吃， 來國華街、民族路口這附近走一走包君滿意， 永樂燒肉飯、金德春捲、富勝號碗稞、阿村牛肉麵、修安豆花...等等榜上有名的小吃， 附近還有蜷尾家、布萊恩紅茶、阿娟魯麵，可以說是因有盡有， 只要你夠能吃，絕對可以吃到笑嗨嗨，心滿意足的離開。 國華街肉燥飯不算名店， 相較於富勝號的排隊盛況，國華街肉燥飯的生意算是一般般， 不差，但還不到座無虛席，不需排隊就可以享用到美食， 看了一下用餐的客人多半是居民， 也有一些路過停下來嚐鮮的遊客。 價目表就在店門口，一目瞭然， 今年因應油電雙漲，價錢有些微調漲， 記得今年年初去，大碗肉燥飯20元， 這回去，小漲了5塊錢，但跟台北的物價比起來還是便宜! 我本身不愛吃白飯，也不喜歡肥肉， 但台南的肉燥飯我卻愛，(是家鄉味嗎!?) 台南肉燥飯之所以好吃就是明明就全肥肉，卻沒有絲毫油膩感， 滷汁帶著鹹甜的滋味，肉燥伴著香Q的白飯，膠質在嘴唇間劃開， 讓人一口接著一口停不來。 長年在外工作，幾乎每次回台南，一下交流道第一個在腦海裡浮現的食物就是虱目魚湯， 舉凡魚肚、魚皮、魚肉粥都是朝思暮想的東西。 「國華街肉燥飯」的虱目魚肚新鮮又肥嫩， 有的人不愛吃魚肚黑色軟軟的部分，但我個人超級愛~ 這邊的魚，魚鱗處理的非常乾淨，完全沒有魚腥味代表魚本身真的新鮮， 因為新鮮，沾不沾醬油都無所謂，吃原味就已經很棒了。 值得一提的是，我覺得這邊的魚湯特別鮮， 喝起來不是濃郁魚湯的味道，但有股不同於別家店的清新感， 我決定下回再去要問問老板娘他們的湯頭是否有甚麼秘密。 =================================================== 台南賣虱目魚的名店、小店多到數不清， 想比出個高下，不是件容易的事， 更何況「美食」這件事在每個人心中各有不同的定義， 但無論如何，個人蠻喜歡國華街肉燥飯的東西， 下次經過不妨坐下來點碗肉燥飯，來碗魚湯， 相信這平凡的食物會讓你得到大大的滿足。 -- KaRen the nerd http://nerdkid.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 119.77.224.177

【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】坊間屢傳不鏽鋼餐盒錳超標事件，引發民眾恐慌，台北市衛生局上月抽檢20件不鏽鋼餐盒，也發現1/4含錳超標，長期使用恐增神經退化疾病風險。但衛福部次長許銘能昨天在立法院答詢時卻指出，錳是人體必要金屬元素，還說吃進去的錳只有5%-10%會被吸收，讓立委們超傻眼。

《自由時報》報導，許銘能認為錳是人體必要元素，只要1天攝取量不超過9毫克，就不會傷害人體，吃下去的錳大多會被腸胃道排掉，只有5%-10%會被吸收，且目前並無具體證據證明，過量的錳會傷害人體健康和類阿茲海默症。許銘能會後受訪時表示，仍建議消費者選300以上系列的不銹鋼便當盒，但這非健康考量，而是「風險概念」。

南韓股市依然便宜加上國家財政強勁，吸引外國投資人湧入，連續第36個交易日買超韓股，創歷來最長連續買超紀錄。

外資從8月23日到10月18日共買進114億美元的南韓股票，激勵Kospi指數自6月底以來大漲16%。該指數18日漲0.6%至2,052點；韓元匯價一度觸及1,060.27韓元兌1美元，為1月21日來最高。

南韓資產吸引力源自股市價位便宜與經濟強勁。Kospi指數的預估本益比僅11.5倍，低於日股的20倍和菲律賓的18.6倍，代表外資仍有加碼空間。南韓連續19個月出現貿易順差，是經濟將持續成長的好預兆。

南韓企劃財政部主管金成旭說，當局正密切監控外匯流動與韓元走勢，以觀察是否有投機活動，暗示若韓元漲勢過猛可能介入干預。
