【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】現行法令規定，女性勞工生理假和病假天數併計，立委江惠貞認為此方式造成女性勞工病假縮水，昨立法院因此初審修法通過，女性勞工每年可有3天生理假不需併入病假計算，等於一年有33天的病假加生理假，其中30天為半薪，多出的3天生理假僱主可不給薪。

《蘋果》報導，上班族劉小姐說，修法沒感覺，多3天假卻沒薪水，不太可能請，因為生理痛也許是半天，卻要損失一天薪水，「划不來！」不願具名的人資主管則指出，一般女性員工生理痛，都會先請特休假，幾乎不可能請完半薪病假。

（軍聞社記者董權輝臺北十七日電）國防部今天表示，延續國軍官兵100年「百對百年好合」、102年「一生一世、相愛久久」聯合婚禮後，將於明日（十八日）下午在國防大學復興崗校區，舉辦民國102年國軍官兵「愛你一生、情定今世」聯合婚禮活動，總計有三百七十六對新人報名參加，並恭請總統馬英九先生福證。

　國防部指出，此次聯合婚禮，國防部長嚴明先生、參謀總長高廣圻上將擔任雙方主婚人；陸軍司令李翔宙上將、空軍司令劉震武上將擔任男、女方介紹人；典禮訂於十八日下午二時卅分開始，總統將親臨證婚、致賀詞，並與全體新人合影。

　國防部進一步表示，配合此次聯合婚禮活動，國防部已分別於十月十一、十四日在臺北、高雄辦理「幸福加分」婚前教育講習，增加軍職人員及其伴侶對婚姻正確觀念，並強化眷屬對國軍福利服務工作的認同，使雙方均能充分瞭解性別平等真諦，懂得經營與享受婚姻，邁向幸福美滿生活。
