「適量飲酒有益健康」這個說法不僅僅在酒類廣告中經常強調，許多醫學、營養和科普界人士也經常提到——而且，他們還真能擺出許多科學研究文獻來支持這種說法。有著許多「科學研究表明」，這種說法真的可信嗎？

這個說法大致起源於1991年。在美國的一個電視節目中，有人提出了一個「法國悖論」——法國人的飲食、運動等生活方式並沒有多健康，他們的心血管發病率卻不高。節目中給了一個解釋：法國人喝葡萄酒多，葡萄酒可能有利於心血管健康。

這個猜想很有養生大師的樣子，不過推理不可信只能說明它的理由不充分，卻並不能否定它。為了解釋「法國悖論」，各國科學家們進行了大量研究，總共調查過的人數加起來超過百萬，時間長的可達一、二十年。在流行病學調查領域，這可以算得上數據最豐富的研究之一。

結果顯示這種猜想還真不離譜。在這些研究中，科學家們把心血管疾病發生率以及它導致的死亡率與喝酒的量對比，發現「適量飲酒」的人群中，二者都比完全不喝酒的人群要低。當然，喝酒比較多的人群中，這二者又升高了。而且，不僅僅是葡萄酒，啤酒和白酒也有類似的結果。

當然，作為流行病學調查，往往會受到其他「混雜因素」的影響。比如，經常喝葡萄酒的人，收入往往比較高，因而醫療條件等也要好一些。而是否喝酒可能還伴隨著其他的生活方式，比如蔬菜、水果、鍛鍊身體等等。在大型調查中，可以用統計工具剔除這些因素的影響，而盡可能得到「適量飲酒」對心血管健康的影響。

一般的結論是，在剔除了科學家們能夠想到的混雜因素之後，「適量飲酒」對心血管健康的積極作用減小了，但並沒有完全消失。也就是說，比起不喝酒的人，每天喝一點酒的人心血管疾病的發生率以及它導致的死亡率依然要低一些。

對於領固定薪水的上班族，每個月扣除生活開銷後，能拿出來投資的閒錢有限，倘若某一次的投資本金硬生生被腰斬、甚至連本帶利虧損，除了會折損投資人的信心，也將磨損下次再投資的意願。其實，投資最大的敵人不是市場下跌，而是投資情緒的崩壞，當投資人的信心與意願裹足不前，未來在吸收資訊與接納新工具上便容易止步不進。

奉行紀律投資，沉著理財應萬變

劇中，半澤直樹遇到職場鬥爭時，會以劍道運動來練習專注，無非是以沉著取代躁進，避免誤判情勢而下錯決定。換成理財的角度，市面上投資工具五花八門，股債匯市量價漲跌互異，財經資訊多元繁瑣，市場瞬息劇變容易擾亂投資人處理訊息的機制，當心理產生過多矛盾雜訊，將可能影響決策能力。

然而，身為上班族、時間與資金有限的投資人，若選擇的理財工具過度追求高報酬率，往往將自己曝險於高度槓桿的風險之中，忽略合理性的重要，一旦市場風吹草動，或將迫使自己落入虧損的圈套，但是，若理財工具過度保守無為，又會讓薪水受到通膨壓力的啃食，無法落實「愈理愈有財」的生活。

【王志弘／台南報導】新營一所高職傳出情殺案！27歲臨時工吳志雄，疑不滿16歲吳姓女友提出分手，今天中午持水果刀侵入前女友學校，朝其右腹、左腰各刺1刀後，往腹部自殘數刀，肚破腸流留下大批血跡，嚇壞一堆學生。兩人雙雙送醫急救中，尚未脫離險境。
 
校方指出，吳女是高一餐飲科新生，與兇嫌交往1年多，2人都來自單親家庭。因吳女曾為愛逃家，且2人年齡相距太大，雙方家屬2個禮拜前見面協調2人和平分手。豈料吳不甘心，期間多次到前女友家中盧，日前也曾到校但被警衛擋在門外。
 
警方指出，兇嫌轎車就停在校園圍籬旁，研判疑翻牆侵入再直闖4樓教室，在樓梯口殺害前女友再自戕，同歸於盡意味濃厚。動機仍待調查釐清。
