（軍聞社記者郭家良花蓮九日電）立法院外交及國防委員會今天前往花蓮地區考察空軍東部軍事設施，並聽取空軍第四０一聯隊募兵招募情況，在場立委均對該單位招募成效達成率高達百分之一百五十三，深表讚許，同時期許國防部應將該聯隊招募成功經驗，推廣至各單位，並以更多元方式吸引優質青年從軍，使我募兵工作如期達成，堅實國防戰力。

　為瞭解空軍東部單位戰訓實況，立院外交及國防委員會召委陳鎮湘上午率陳碧涵、蕭美琴、陳歐珀等立委，在國防部副部長嚴德發上將、空軍副司令韓更生中將等人陪同下，前往考察花蓮基地跑滑道搶修演練，以及佳山基地戰機加油、彈藥卸載、洞庫防爆門及消防水霧系統等運作過程，並在聽取四０一聯隊募兵招募概況簡報後，提出相關建言。

　陳鎮湘表示，因應戰場環境變化快速，國防部應持續就佳山基地的能力與限制，進行通盤檢討，以符合戰備需求；另以往東部原被視為安全海、空域，但中共已具備突破第一島鏈能力，加上釣魚台主權議題等情況下，國防部亦應針對當前敵情威脅詳加考量。

　另對四０一聯隊招募成效年度達成率達百分之一百五十三，陳碧涵、蕭美琴、陳歐珀均表示肯定。

　陳碧涵建議，國軍推動招募工作應了解招募對象需求，例如赴校園宣導時，可與在校老師合作進行場景鋪陳，邀請現役官兵走紅地毯，營造軍人魅力與尊嚴地位，同時要與學生談笑風生，展現親民一面，增加學子對軍人好感度。

　蕭美琴認為，考量國家財政狀況，國軍推動募兵制除可搭配當地學校舉辦戶外教學外，應給青年有更多學習民間專長的空間，或相關專業認證等願景，吸引更多青年從軍。

　陳歐珀則說，國防部應將四０一聯隊招募成功經驗推廣至其他單位。

　嚴副部長最後指出，國防部推動募兵工作相關做法已呈報行政院，並協請財政部、教育部、勞委會、退輔會等部會協助辦理，盼如期達成募兵工作，建構一支現代化專業部隊。

【黃仲瑜／新北報導】凌晨在淡水好樂迪KTV發生酒客鬧事砸店，KTV的一樓櫃台落地玻璃被酒客用滅火器砸毀，現場地面滿碎玻璃，很多還在排隊等候包廂的客人看到這個情況，紛紛躲避逃出以免被波及。
 
好樂迪員工表示，砸店的原是在店內消費的客人，一行人約8~10人，凌晨疑似因為深夜淡水分局到場臨檢引起不悅，結完帳要離去時，突然情緒失控拿了放在1樓櫃檯旁的滅火器，就瘋狂朝大門玻璃亂砸，這群人用滅火器砸門口玻璃後，滅火器的乾粉噴灑整個一樓地板，導致原本店家提供給等候客人的沙發全部都沾滿乾粉，這群人在砸店後警方隨即趕到，目前警方已介入處理中。

【黃仲瑜／新北報導】新莊區知名的地藏庵廟，今天凌晨有民眾發現一名男子疑似暴斃在廟前舞臺上，發現民眾嚇的趕緊報警。
 
警方在現場採證完畢初步評估，男子疑似疾病暴斃倒地，現場沒有打鬥的痕跡，死者身上也沒有打鬥的傷痕，由於現場舞台比一般道路還要高出許多，男子又倒在舞台內側，所以被民眾發現時已經為時已晚，目前警方正在調查男子身份，以便聯繫家屬到場處理男子後事。

【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】美國西維吉尼亞州一間法院，今日稍早傳出有一名男子手持突擊步槍，闖入法院後開了15~20槍，最後這名槍手已經遭到擊斃。

據了解，這名槍手在開槍過程中沒有直接傷人，而有一名員警被擊破的玻璃割傷，隨後槍手遭到擊斃。目前當局正在進行深入調查。
