【李姿慧／台北報導】廉價航空爭議多，其中赴日搭廉價航空爭議就高達579件，民航局將成立廉價航空爭議處理中心，將介入並將研擬相關管理辦法，若爭議過多，將限制營運。

立委李昆澤今在交通委會質詢時表示，廉價航空蓬勃發展，9年來已有11家，年底搭乘旅客可能破百萬，已成新趨勢，但旅客投訴無門，赴日旅客的爭議到去年底止達579件，有些網頁無中文，有些網頁雖有中文，但關係旅客權益卻是英文，且航空公司可更改航班不須通知旅客，也無須負責，全然漠視旅客權益，讓旅客投訴無門，民航局應成立廉價航空消費爭議處理中心，民航局應列管和介入，應嚴格限制營運。

民航局長沈啟表示，去年10月，民航局已訂定國際線機票交易重要須知，搭廉價航空應注意事項也公布在網頁，但廉價航空消費爭議申訴確實不少，今年底前將成立消費者爭議處理中心，另也會研議相關限制營運辦法和規定。

 【陳瑩欣／台北報導】台灣金暨台銀董事長李紀珠今日主持「台灣銀行文物館」開幕活動。台銀指出，文物館歷經3任董座參與，過去在劉燈城、曾銘宗擔任台灣金暨台銀董事長期間積極策劃，至李紀珠任內完成，也為銀行拓展業務帶來新氣象。
 
台銀表示，未來文物館成立以後，將在每個星期二至星期五上午常態性開放，遇例假日公休，已開始接受團體預約及提供專人導覽服務，民眾可以在文物館中參觀台銀重要出版品、愛國獎券、新舊台幣、錢幣、古金幣及書畫展。
 
李紀珠指出，台銀文物館是國內第一家由金融業獨自設立的文物館，座落於台北市博愛路162號1樓，建物本身以仿古希臘建築元素為美感謝求的建物，原為日治時期日本帝國生命會社在台支店的辦公館舍，是1930年代辦公大樓的建築代表，整棟建築自1937年啟用迄今已超過76年，目前是台北市市定古蹟。
