| 黃世銘涉洩密 馬自爆留下監聽譯文

【綜合報導】馬英九總統昨接受台北之音《蔻蔻早餐》主持人周玉蔻專訪，自爆8月31日晚上檢察總長黃世銘進官邸報告立法院長王金平關說案後，他急召行政院長江宜樺和當時的總統府副祕書長羅智強到寓所，馬還留下黃世銘帶來的監聽譯文，拿給江、羅兩人看。
馬總統在專訪時說，他只與黃世銘見過兩次面，黃來官邸時，「就我們兩個，沒有幕僚，也沒有會議紀錄。」當時黃告知案子已調查完，剛開始以為可能有人涉及貪瀆，向法院聲請監聽票卻發現沒有刑事不法，但有司法關說，屬於行政不法，所以不是偵查中的刑事案件，不涉及偵查不公開。但法界人士質疑，當時該案尚未簽結，且黃拿監聽譯文給馬就是留下洩密犯罪證據，若馬要求看譯文，則有教唆黃洩密問題。

| 國道計程收費 取消eTag九折優惠

【胡治言╱綜合報導】國道計程收費方案昨拍板，每天固定免費里程20公里，超出部分在200公里內、小型車每公里收費1.2元；但立委質疑eTag用戶優惠圖利廠商，昨在立法院交通委員會決議計程收費上路後取消505萬eTag用戶現享的9折優惠，以台北─高雄為例，原本走國1可省14元，新制上路取消打折後，反漲20元。民眾氣得大罵：「立委腦袋裝大便喔？」
目前全國eTag用戶有505萬戶，以北高走國1為例，通行費360元、打9折後付324元，但計程收費實施後，北高通行費344元，若打9折可降至310元，較目前省10元，但如取消打折，就會反漲20元。若走國3原本只漲2元、取消折扣後大漲38元。高公局表示，推優惠是為鼓勵民眾預儲通行費，避免發生約5％的呆帳，並非圖利廠商，但立委既然通過決議，「高公局沒有選擇，計程收費後9折優惠將取消。」交通部部長葉匡時說，上路後若民意反彈，會再與立委溝通。

環球科技大學籃球隊確定挺進UBA大專籃球聯賽甲組球隊，參加全國大專籃球聯賽公開組第二級五十多隊中，奮力打進前四強，準備過關斬將，環球科大感謝企業的贊助支持，強調未來將更精進球技，為雲林發光發熱。
環球科技大學表示，校內籃球隊成立於民國九十二年，成立之初因為資源有限，練習時間也侷限在課餘之後，加上成員平均身高不到一百八十公分，沒有人會想到這麼不起眼的一支球隊，能夠有這麼強烈的爆發性，為自己及學校爭得這麼亮眼的成績。
校方指出，籃球隊的靈魂人物陳盈吉教練，堅持球員不能以練球之名缺課，所以球員們只能利用中午時段進行重量訓練，每天下午五點半開始進行三個小時的集中訓練，其中還包括有球員因家境清寒必須打工貼補家用，在這麼嚴苛的條件下，球員們憑藉著求勝的決心及團隊合作的默契，終於殺出亮眼的成績單。
環球科大籃球隊於九月在校長許舒翔的引薦下，獲得有台灣咖啡故鄉之稱的「巴登咖啡」企業贊助，結合在地農業特色，藉由另類行銷策略，同時將雲林農業特色產業「巴登咖啡」及環球科技大學引領至全國，創造三贏的共生效應。環球科大致力培育優秀體育選手，除棒球隊獲得「志豪鍋爐」贊助，現在有「巴登咖啡」加入提倡籃球運動的行列，相信未來環球科大將更精進球技，為雲林發光發熱。

| 三重雙屍命案偵破 嫌犯為女兒男友

1日晚間發生在新北市三重區溪尾街的母女雙屍命案，三重警分局在4 個小時之後逮捕嫌犯宣布破案，凶嫌是女兒（死者）的20歲黃姓男友，目前正在宜蘭服役，是休假中的現役軍人，警方正漏夜之訊中。
新北市三重區某公寓2樓1日晚間疑似發生命案，男屋主晚上7時許返回溪尾街住處，發現家門反鎖打不開，於是爬窗戶進屋，卻發現45歲妻子倒臥走廊、19歲女兒倒臥房間，2人的脖子均有勒痕，救護車送往市立三重醫院途中已無生命跡象，警方正鑑識調查中。
