【綜合報導】日本首相安倍晉三昨晚在電視節目中稱，中國海警船頻繁入侵尖閣諸島（釣漁台列嶼）附近的日本領海，對這種企圖以強力改變現狀的作法感到遺憾。

安倍稱：「中國試圖以強力來改變（尖閣列島）現狀，真是十分的遺憾」並強調他不會對此妥協。但他也表示日中對話大門始終開啟，希望中國採取類似回應。

美國眾議院議長、共和黨籍的波納(John Boehner)一臉嚴肅的從白宮走出，向記者表示：「歐巴馬不願意溝通妥協。」隨後一直搖頭，直呼工作不可能進展下去，之後轉身離開，不給記者提問的機會。

另一方面，民主黨領袖雷德(Harry Reid)則堅稱共和黨「很固執」，還是不願意在健保法案上讓步。

【大紀元2013年10月04日訊】（大紀元記者徐清風編譯報導）週四（10月3日）上午形成的熱帶風暴凱倫 （Karen）預計將於週六（10月5日）襲擊美國墨西哥灣沿岸。從佛羅里達州至路易斯安那州都已發佈颶風和熱帶風暴預警。風暴預計在週六晚間前登陸墨西哥灣。

截至週四下午5點，風暴時速為65英里，距離密西西比河河口以南約400英里，向北部和西北部移動。移動的速度是每小時12英里。

至週四下午晚些時候，路易斯安那州長金達爾（Bobby Jindal ）宣佈路易斯安那州進入緊急狀態。

據AccuWeather報導，凱倫熱帶風暴在登陸前可能演變成颶風。熱帶風暴的時速達到74英里時，即演變成颶風。

凱倫可能將襲擊上次2005年8月「卡翠娜」颶風登陸的地方。卡翠娜是美國歷史上最具破壞性的颶風，造成1800多人死亡，經濟損失超過1千億美元。

白宮發言人卡尼 （Jay Carney）表示，聯邦緊急事務管理署已經開始召回休假的員工以應對「凱倫」。

新奧爾良都市地區、龐恰特雷恩湖（Lake Ponchartrain）、莫勒帕湖（Lake Maurepas 墨西哥灣沿岸從Grand Isle 至摩根市政亦發佈熱帶風暴預警 。

風暴登陸的地方預計有4-8吋的降雨。可能會發生很小型的海灣洪水。

據《今日美國》報導，AccuWeather氣象學家多爾 （Michael Doll）表示，「風速達到每小時60英里，可能導致該地區小型的財產受損，樹木折毀和電力中斷。」

佛羅里達州週四已進入準備階段。該州彭薩科拉（Pensacola）海灘公共安全總監韋斯特（Bob West）表示，救生員塔和垃圾桶將在週四或週五從海灘移除。

到目前為止，彭薩科拉縣沒有採取緊急行動或進行撤離。 Escambia 縣公共信息官 Brandy Zeiglar表示，「我們不確定登陸具體位置，但是正在要求居民做好準備，以防萬一。」

風暴一旦向內陸移動，從東南部到大西洋中部各州都會帶來降雨。AccuWeather 報導說，風暴過境的整個地區可能有3-6吋的降雨。

我有不同的看法,首先1等時候點W不是更好嗎,他的Q是要有目標才能發動,在剛開始的時候W就能用來探草還能加跑速跑走丫,而且既然W只要他的跑速跟觸發被動,那主Q副E不是最好嗎,E的CD變短靈活性就更高丫,就跟EZ差不多,EZ的W nerf之後大多數人就主Q副E了,可以試一下喔,還有鞋換成-CD不是好一點嗎,想問一下他會很需要爆擊嗎,還是說是技能型的,跟EZ一樣。
