【胡治言╱綜合報導】檢調偵辦パン達人的母公司「基因國際」內線交易案，基因董事長徐洵平夫婦、小S丈夫許雅鈞、公公許慶祥，昨晨各以500萬元不等交保。據悉，全案突破關鍵，在於パン達人前負責人莊鴻銘將徐等人密謀賣股的LINE對話等內容交給檢調，徐應訊原本全盤否認，見LINE鐵證後臉色鐵青認罪，坦承是在得知パン達人由盈轉虧後，為規避虧損，趕緊賣股，他願一併吐出與妻子在公司虧損、更換董座兩項重大利空公告前，賣股規避損失的3000萬元。

檢方認定徐等5人均涉最重可處10年重刑的內線交易罪，考量徐洵平夫婦身為基因國際董座、監察人，分別以500萬元、200萬元交保，牽線讓基因國際入主パン達人的許慶祥，300萬元交保，許雅鈞200萬元交保、黃筱玲20萬元交保。至於小S代言不實另涉詐欺部分，檢方最快下周傳她到案說明。

據英國《每日郵報》9月25日早上報導，打造一款超級汽車的計劃，如今似乎並不遙遠。英國曼徹斯特一家公司近期公布一款超級跑車『基廷·博爾頓』，其最高時速可達到547公里，2秒內能夠加速到96公里/小時，有望成為全球速度最快的一款車。

據法制晚報報導，托尼·基廷經營這家曼徹斯特公司，41歲的托尼說，超級跑車配備自己的車間生產的配件，那些都是獨一無二的。而托尼在超級跑車專案上已經投資數千萬人民幣，『博爾頓』是他的心血結晶。

730萬人民幣的超級跑車『博爾頓』引擎是7.0升的LS7 V8，動力800馬力，透過六擋變速器進行傳遞，另外，『博爾頓』將會利用凱夫拉爾板減輕重量。

據其介紹，在今(2013)年晚些時候，『博爾頓』將試圖超過每小時482公里的屏障，打破世界速度紀錄。『博爾頓』已經吸引來自世界各地汽車製造商的注意，公司希望可以在明年上市銷售。

針對美國因預算僵局導致政府「關門」，美國總統歐巴馬1日在白宮舉行記者會時，指責共和黨為了反對他的健保計畫，而發動這場「意識形態的聖戰」；他並要求國會通過法案使政府恢復運作，且不附帶任何條件。歐巴馬指出，「他們為了拒絕攸關千百萬民眾的『可負擔健保計畫』，而發動這場『意識形態的聖戰』，使政府關門。許多共和黨議員已明白表示，眾議院議長貝納允許他們對一項不附帶任何條件的 (預算)法案進行同意或否決的單純投票，而兩黨將有足夠的票數使美國人民的政府能夠開門及運作。」

最近小弟想要入手瑩幕大的新的智慧型手機，或是可通話平板，本來一直在看galaxy tab 3 8.0，看中它的優點是因為它瑩幕大，還有可以用雙視窗，還有送正板的導航軟體（用大瑩幕導航很爽），缺點是他是韓國的品牌，而且攜帶比一般的手機困難。但是後來我無意見看到長江pc-1這一隻6.5吋，大瑩墓手機，他的優點是4核、full hd，瑩幕大，缺點就是小弟不知道長江的手機穩不穩定，怕用沒幾下就壞了，或是電池耗電量極兇，個人希望這一隻新買的手機或是可通話平板至少要可以使用2年以上。不知道是否有其它的大大可以提供各方面不同的意見供小弟參考？
