國民黨立委廖正井說，昨天總統馬英九和立委座談時，所有的立委都跟總統反映，「基層聲音都是希望以和為貴」，希望總統能夠放棄再抗告，有委員反映，基層說這次案子手段非常粗糙，甚至在地方上聽到「外省人欺負本省人」的聲音，一面倒同情立法院長王金平，幾乎所有立委，沒有一個人贊成國民黨繼續興訟下去。

國民黨立委羅淑蕾則說，馬總統提到他是被動，因為訴訟是王院長先提起的，但「你要宰人家，人家還不反抗？」希望馬總統可以聽進去。

【綜合報導】《蘋果》很喜歡跟拍藝人私下的生活，不過郭彥甫希望能挑選一些角度比較好看的照片登。

郭彥甫表示，去年9月曾在信義區被拍到跟女朋友約會，隔天新聞登出還搭配動新聞影片，他看了之後才發現，《蘋果》都躲在他的左邊跟拍，結果出來的照片和畫面都沒有很好看。他說他的右側臉比左側臉帥很多，所以希望以後如果跟拍的話，要記得別再埋伏在左邊了，可以直接站在他的右方拍，至少可以帥氣上報。

【綜合報導】中國各地大學的學生食堂，近日競相推出令人震驚的創意菜色。繼上海華東師範大學食堂的「玉米炒葡萄」後，北京體育大學食堂近日也出現一款「西瓜炒香蕉」的水果菜餚，被網友怒稱是黑暗料理。

「西瓜炒香蕉」是一大盤紅色西瓜塊與白色香蕉塊，一起浸潤在黏稠的透明汁液中，賣相頗為嚇人。網友紛紛評論：「這能吃嘛！」「看著就沒食慾了。」「這真噁心到我了!!! 」
