| 威而鋼發明人 再推治早洩噴劑

【綜合報導】15年來，男性勃起障礙藥「威而鋼」(Viagra)，造福了全球無數性男慾女，但是威而鋼「管硬不管久」，難以造福有早洩問題的男人。現在威而鋼研發人之一的懷利(Mike Wylie)又有新作，將推出專為對付男士「早洩」問題的噴劑。
這款噴劑名為Tempe，已通過歐洲藥物管理局檢測，證實安全有效，最快將在明年初上市。目前市面上只有一種專治早洩藥物，但售價昂貴。 研究指出，平均每4個男子就有至少一個有早洩問題，比不舉更家普遍。試用過Tempe的男士，陰莖勃起時間平均長了五倍。這款噴劑中含有低劑量的麻醉藥，提供男性更強控制力，使用後五分鐘就見效。若每月做愛五、六次，一小瓶堪用一個月。
早洩的成因不明，但相信過度敏感就是原因之一。懷利說：「早洩不只讓患者難受，還會影響到他的伴侶，徹底破壞一段關係。我相信這噴劑有助挽救關係。」

| 車停銀行旁 男子遭警搜出槍彈

（中央社記者劉建邦台北23日電）楊姓男子今天開車停在某銀行旁小巷，台北市松山警分局刑警經過時，發現可疑上前盤查，搜出一把槍和裝填6發子彈的彈匣。
台北市松山警分局表示，轄區八德路四段金融機構林立，緊臨松山車站及饒河街夜市，平時就人潮眾多，也容易成為歹徒覬覦區域。
松山分局刑警下午4時左右，在八德路四段附近巡邏，發現某銀行旁小巷內有一自小客車停放許久且未熄火，覺得形跡可疑，便在旁守候觀察。
刑警埋伏不久，見一名男子左顧右盼返回車上，見時機成熟，立即通報線上巡邏員警前來共同盤查，赫然在男子車上發現一把掌心雷手槍。
警方說，24歲楊男持有槍械是一把點25掌心雷手槍，槍身短小易藏匿，且楊男車上另有已裝填6發子彈的彈匣。
刑警表示，在金融機構旁非法持槍，合理懷疑楊男意圖行搶銀行，訊後依槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例移送偵辦，並持續追查槍枝來源。1020923

9月1日與李尚順完婚的李孝利最近拍攝了Beauty&Life Style雜誌《allure Korea》十月刊的寫真，並介紹了自己的近況。
結婚之後開始新生活的李孝利圍繞這次的寫真的主題－「KISS the LIFE」，表現出了人生許多瞬間，用全新的唇裝展現了熱情、純情、自信、歡喜等許多不同的主題。
李孝利選擇了DIOR化妝品，並穿著類似婚紗的連衣裙，塗上看似純情可愛的紅色系口紅，展現了致命的魅力。

那有這種離譜的母親？一名15歲的國三少女，2年內陸續和8名未滿16歲的男友偷嘗禁果，少女母親得知後，帶著女兒到警局對這8名少年提告性侵，之後再對這8名少年的家長收取30至60萬不等的和解金，至少獲得將近200萬。少女母親錢得手後，之後到警局對這8名少年撤告，她向警方說「我看到對方家長都很有誠意溝通，才會撤告。」
警方表示，今年6月該名婦人帶著女兒到警局報案，聲稱女兒遭到班上男同學性侵，但警方調查後少女和男同學是男女朋友，2人發生關係是兩情相悅，少女未遭脅迫。依《刑法》規定這屬「兩小無猜」合意性行為，是告訴乃論，家長若在一審審判前撤告，對方就無刑責。
事後社工介入輔導，少女竟對於母親提告男友完全不在乎，甚至還說「我媽說男人就是罪有應得，叫他們賠錢和解，也是剛好。」根據《蘋果日報》報導，這樣的態度讓社工和警方覺得案情不單純，深入追查後發現少女母親在2年內，也對另外7名少年提出性侵告訴，之後再和解收場。
警方查出，少女的母親經營「茶店仔」的有女陪侍卡拉OK店，平日對女兒疏於管教，母親在得知女兒和8名小男友陸續發生關係後，報警對他們提告提出和解，男方家長都因護子心切而選擇願意花錢和解，平均30至60萬元不等。社工和警方懷疑，母親疏於照顧女兒導致其行為偏除，不排除是母親放任女兒和男友發生性關係，再趁機提告索賠和解，警方將深入蒐證調查。
