濟南人民中級法院上午對薄熙來涉嫌的受賄、貪汙、濫用職權罪名，進行宣判。其中受賄罪判處薄熙來無期徒刑、剝奪政治權利終身，並沒收全部財產；貪汙罪部分，薄熙來被判處十五年有期徒刑，並處沒收個人財產一百萬元人民幣；而濫用職權罪則被判處七年有期徒刑。因此合併執行，薄熙來被執行無期徒刑、剝奪政治權利終身，並沒收全部個人財產。

中共前重慶市委書記薄熙來今天上午被山東濟南中級人民法院依受賄、貪污、濫用職權等罪，判處無期徒刑，剝奪政治權利終身，並沒收個人全部財產。

濟南中院在判決中，大致採信檢方對薄熙來的指控，並直指薄熙來的辯解及其律師的辯護「意見不能成立」，不影響對相關事實的認定，因此「不予採納」。

今天的宣判共有116人到場旁聽，其中包括薄熙來的親屬3人及陪同人員2人、媒體記者22人及社會各界人士89人。

此外，濟南中院比照8月22日至26日薄案庭審時的作法，對今天的宣判進行微博直播。

薄熙來去年3月中旬被中共中央解除重慶市委書記職務，之後再被解除政治局委員身分，經中共中紀委調查出上述罪行後被開除黨籍，並被移送檢方，由濟南市人民檢察院偵辦。

今年7月下旬，薄熙來被濟南檢方依受賄、貪污、濫用職權等罪嫌起訴，並於8月22日至26日由濟南市中級人民法院審理。

【楊適吾／高雄報導】高雄市大寮區台21線靠近農場路的高屏溪堤防道路，凌晨1點40分許發生1起火燒車事件，民眾路過看見堤防道路冒出火光，查看時有火燒車便趕緊報案。消防隊趕抵現場後趕緊出水搶救，並發現1名男子倒臥在附近草皮上，警消詢問下，男子坦承是自己在車內拿噴燈，想要點燃副駕駛座腳踏墊烤肉架內的木炭而引起火燒車。男子被救後只表示頭暈，消防隊還是將他送醫救治。而燃燒的小客車疑為出租車輛，整部車被火燒到只剩下骨架，慘不忍睹，至於該男子為何想要企圖燒炭自殺，還有待警方進一步了解。

前天道盟天德會副會長劉芳成，日前在街頭遭到槍手狙殺，最近有一名男子自稱是凶手，並帶著做案的槍枝在律師的陪同下，前往警局「自首」。他稱說當時因為和劉男發生行車糾紛，才會一時氣憤朝對方開了11槍。但警方對於他的說法存有質疑，並且他交出的槍枝有生鏽情況，懷疑並非是凶槍，近日將安排測謊。

上月7日深夜，50歲的劉芳成獨自駕車在新北市新莊區一處路口停紅綠燈時，突然遭到一輛機車騎士尾隨，並拍打車窗叫下車，雙方發生衝突，劉男慘遭對方狂轟11槍而慘死街頭。但根據《自由時報》報導，本月20日深夜，一名32歲的吳姓男子在律師的陪同下，前往警局自首。

吳男坦承當時對劉男開槍，但他僅交出凶槍的槍身，且槍身出現生鏽情況。警方調查發現，劉男因涉及輔大花園夜市的經營，懷疑是金錢問題引發殺機，但吳男到案時卻對案情避案就輕。

警方還發現吳男去年曾因涉及妨害自由，遭到判刑2年6個月徒刑，卻因未到案執行而被通緝。警方偵訊後對於劉男交代的犯案過程存有質疑，劉男稱說槍枝的滑套、彈匣和槍管等都丟入中港大排等3個地方，但警方打撈未果，近期將對他安排測謊。
