莫名其妙當機，似乎已經成為今年義大利隊歐洲男籃錦標賽最難克服的難題，在和塞爾維亞隊爭取最後一張世界杯門票的7、8名排名賽中，他們再次碰上進攻低潮，將門票拱手送人。

塞爾維亞開賽靠著長人卡斯提克、拜耶利薩等長人強攻禁區，第1節就拉開16分領先。反觀前幾場陷入進攻大當機的義大利，這場比賽仍沒有改善，貝藍利全場投13僅中3，主力前鋒簡提列也只有10投3中，加上籃板以42：26大幅落後。最終塞爾維亞以76：64，順利擊敗義大利，拿下世界杯最後一張門票。

餐廳名稱：君品酒店‧雲軒餐廳 消費時間：2013年/7月 地址：台北市大同區承德路一段3號6樓 台北車站京站旁 電話：02-2181-9999 營業時間：午餐：11:30~14:30 / 下午茶：15:00~17:00 / 晚餐：18:00~21:30 每人平均價位：880~3300+10% 可否刷卡：可 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：牛小排、原味奶酪、千層蛋糕 官網：(具購物功能之官網、店家臉書粉絲團帳號請勿附上，違者刪文不另通知) 圖文網誌版本：http://ppt.cc/gZ8e 因為前半年考過了一個重要的考試， 所以一行人就去吃了相約好久的君品酒店雲軒。 就如同大家可能知道的， 雲軒的消費方式是單點主餐送吃到飽的沙拉吧。 這幾個月剛好雲軒都有龍蝦餐點， 加上友人想試試熟成牛排， 所以馬上就成行了。 雲軒的座位有很多種，圓桌、方桌、貴妃椅。 很能滿足各種需求。 值得一提的是，現場定位有幼兒，所以事先擺放了幼兒餐具。 雖然以飯店來說這個標準是稀鬆平常的， 但是還是覺得雲軒注意到了很多 (裝潢跟餐具的) 細節。 雲軒另一個讓我很喜歡的地方式醬料種類非常多， 而且不是濫竽充數，每一甕醬料都有它存在的道理。 認識我的朋友都知道我很喜歡醬料， 連吃到好吃的義大利麵都會把醬料跟面吃乾淨XD 主要分成兩個區域：生鮮區醬料與沙拉區醬料。 看到師傅們正在擺盤的樣子就覺得好幸福啊！ 我們拿到的例湯是豌豆湯， 除了主餐之外所有的餐點都可以續點。 首先見紹的主餐是 龍蝦 。 我們這群人都是單點，一份有兩隻，一隻大約跟女生的手一樣大。 肉身的部分因為有處理過所以很好剝除， 但是其他部分比較困難。 以口感來說，比較習慣肉身，其他部位我覺得比較沒有感覺。 熟成牛排 五分熟~ 價值不斐，全桌最貴的餐點， 跟友人交換了一口，覺得普普， 另一位友人點的牛小排比較好吃。 因為最後吃不完，友人打包帶回家， 據他轉述，帶回家用烤箱烤出來竟然比較好吃， 所以雲軒的主廚是不是火侯控制得比較不好呢？ 不過最讓人不能接受的是肉的邊角感覺沒處理乾淨， 但也因為我對熟成牛肉沒有研究，所以也不知道該說什麼。 牛小排 我沒有拍到， 但是建議想去雲軒吃牛排的人可以點這一道主菜， 整體而言很不錯。 當然他真的很好吃，口感很好。 明蝦燉飯 整體而言比較不突出， 不過這道主餐份料較少，適合吃不下太多紅肉的朋友。 接下來就進入沙拉吧的世界吧！ 當然，最著名的就是君品飯店系列的 海鮮餐檯 了。 海鮮餐檯通常包含兩種螃蟹、透抽、蝦子、蚌殼、生蠔、扇貝。 現場看到真的很驚人， 也是人氣很旺的一個區域。 覺得較紅的蟹比較好吃，扇貝還不錯。 鮭魚慕斯 我覺得很特別也蠻好吃的。 另一個我很喜歡的區域是現拌的沙拉區， 以南洋、越是、泰式風味為主。 生春捲 也是這桌的人喜歡的食物。 桌邊服務 用餐到一半突然有服務人員推著餐車， 提供了蝦子為主的冷食。 中途有經過日本料理區。 當然，生魚片是不可少的。 另外，他的手捲很特別。 是一個長筒狀的形狀。 但是海苔軟掉了， 所以就沒這麼美味。 煙燻鮭魚 分成原味以及黑胡椒， 食器使用隱喻設計的手法， 蠻有趣的！ 冷麵+龍蝦沙拉魚子醬 位於日本料理區， 很清爽。 火腿肉片區 非常可愛， 但也讓我想到神隱少女的開頭XD 切下來的肉片會以牛皮紙盛裝再放入盤中， 很喜歡這樣的巧思。 生菜沙拉區 這也是吸引我造訪的一大原因， 自己在家裡很難一次準備各類蔬食， 但是來這裡可以品嘗到各種準備好的蔬菜， 感覺很不錯。 旁邊搭配了硬脆餅， 可能是搭配醬料食用的~ 終於要進入甜點區囉！ 甜點區很壯觀，除了巧克力噴泉之外， 還有棉花糖塔XD 盆栽甜點 是我很喜歡的甜點之一，裡面有粹巧克力以及慕絲狀的基底。 最重要的是視覺效果超棒的。 焦糖烤布蕾 非常好吃，而且感受到真材實料。 原味奶酪 再拿取的時候有一位饕客先生跟我說不加果醬會太酸( 因為旁邊有數種手工果醬 )， 不過我自己覺得加一點點蜂蜜 (現場有現滴蜂蜜) 就超級好吃了， 不過還是謝謝饕客先生的提醒。 這道甜點我有重複拿取， 真的很喜歡， 喜歡到已經詢問外婆如何製作了！ 千層蛋糕 很新鮮美味， 跟仁愛路巷子那間名店有的比。 可利露 覺得很好吃， 但是最好吃的是和平東路巷子裡那間名店。 餐後飲品 雲軒沒有飲料喝到飽， 但是有咖啡、茶等冷熱飲可以享用。 吸管很貼心的將吸口處包裝留下， 對於有潔癖的某友人來說非常貼心。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.105.105.164
