之前沒注意到回收項目的價目表,把家裡一堆不是白鐵的鐵器都當廢鐵賣,後來看到有人在回收家用瓦斯爐,結果老闆說那個是硬鐵,此時細看價目表才發現有"硬鐵"這個項目,而且價錢比較高,我想請問"硬鐵"大概是指哪些東西?機車大鎖算嗎?一般回收廠對"硬鐵"和"廢鐵"的界定是很明顯還是很模糊?

【綜合報導】到底雞蛋是否需要放入冰箱保存，是不少人的迷思。實驗室的最新研究發現，無論將雞蛋儲存在冰箱還是室溫下，根本沒有差別。

一直有人認為，假如雞蛋中含有沙門氏菌，將雞蛋存放在室溫下，會讓沙門氏菌大量繁殖。專為英國飲食業提供符合政府標準分析的FoodTest實驗室進行實驗，測試兩批從超市買來的雞蛋，一批放入恆溫6度的冰箱中，另一批則放在室溫下，進行為期兩星期的實驗，科學家會定期檢測雞蛋中大腸桿菌、沙門氏菌、金黃葡萄球菌及李斯特菌的含量。

經過兩星期的實驗後，研究人員都發現，兩批雞蛋中都沒有細菌含量的顯著變化。

總統馬英九與立法院長王金平政爭進入第2階段，國民黨眼見資深律師陳明單刀不敵王金平的7人年輕律師團，讓台北地院上周裁准王金平暫時保有黨員權利，昨補強戰力再找林合民、李永裕，和陳明組成資深律師團提起抗告，主張北院無權審理政黨內部事務，且王金平已經失去立委資格，沒必要再保護他的黨權，因此要求廢棄北院的假處分裁定，高院近日將作出裁定。

台灣為全球第4大捕鯊國！僅次於印尼、印度、西班牙。依漁業署統計，台灣每年捕捉鯊魚量約在6到7萬噸之間，雖《漁業法》第54條明訂要將魚身連同魚鰭帶回港口，減少船艙可運載鯊魚數量，但仍有許多保育類物種遭到獵捕。台灣動保團體呼籲，多種鯊魚瀕臨滅絕，且濫捕鯊魚會導致生態失衡，民眾應少吃魚翅、鯊魚肉以減少殺害。

全球前十大鯊魚獵捕國為中的前四名，印尼、印度、西班牙、和台灣，每年的所捕殺的數量總額，佔全球被捕殺鯊魚總量的百分之35。根據漁業署統計，台灣每年捕捉鯊魚量約在6到7萬噸之間。保守估計，5年來台灣等於屠殺3千多萬隻鯊魚。中國香港雖不捕殺鯊魚，但卻是最大魚翅進口國，佔全球魚翅市場90%以上。

魚身常丟棄海裡

鯊魚成長速度慢，繁衍能力弱，全球鯊魚總數量30年來減少了90%。台灣防止虐待動物協會（TSPCA）表示，鯊魚身上有胸鰭，背鰭，腹鰭，與尾鰭等，用以提供浮力、維持平衡。因為魚翅價格較高，漁業者為了節省船上空間，並帶回更多的魚翅，常會割下價值昂貴的魚鰭，然後將魚身丟回海裡。當鯊魚沒有鰭，牠們就無法游動與呼吸，隨後沉入海中，痛苦的死去。

鯊魚全身都具利用價值，台灣人也愛吃鯊魚肉，因此漁民很少將魚身丟棄。據媒體報導，光是宜蘭南方澳總鯊魚產量共計約522萬公斤，若以每60公斤計算，南方澳一年就補殺約8萬7000隻鯊魚，種類達10多種。

生物多樣性受影響

台灣政府於2008年起禁止捕捉及販售「鯨鯊肉」，自2012年禁止進口「淨鯊魚鰭」（魚翅），並於同年公布《漁業法》第54條，禁止台灣海船割下魚鰭，並要魚鰭連身一同帶回台灣港口。然而目前台灣漁業法律僅禁止捕捉、販售、進出口鯨鯊及其加工品，對於其他種類鯊魚並無類似限制。

近年動保團體也加強宣導，呼籲民眾不吃魚翅來減少殺害。台灣動物社會研究會主任陳玉敏曾表示，鯊魚在海洋食物鏈中位居最高層，一旦族群崩解，同一海洋生態系其他魚類的多樣性就會受到嚴重威脅，導致生態失衡。且每年鯊魚攻擊人的事件僅3、4件，民眾切勿因電影的形塑，將鯊魚「污名化」。

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市1名20歲謝姓男子，昨天與友人騎車一路蛇行，2分局偵查佐章穎承剛好經過察覺有異，一路尾隨後將2人攔下，謝男起初神色自若，但不小心從口袋掉出1包咖啡包，謝男頓時神情緊張表示，只是咖啡包而已。

章穎承靈機一動，以電子磅砰量測，咖啡包近18公克，與標示的15公克有些落差，最後測試出咖啡包裡的成分含有搖頭丸及K他命，謝男自知躲不過了，交出6包含毒的「伯朗咖啡焦糖瑪琪朵即溶咖啡」、7小包K他命，警方訊後，依違反毒品危害防制條例移送法辦。
