【吳家翔／台北報導】立法院長王金平在爆發涉及關說司法案件後，監察院長王建煊先是向媒體指出，王金平應辭職，等國民黨考紀會開鍘王金平後，王建煊又說，王早該辭職下台，以謝黨國。民間司法改革基金會董事長瞿海源今抨擊，王建煊說這些話非常不應該，五院是平等的，王說法完全違背憲政原則，「他（王建煊）還是去傳教比較好」。

瞿海源今與司改會成員到監察院陳情，要求監院應調查檢察總長黃世銘與特偵組承辦檢察官的違法濫權，瞿說他對監察院沒信心，就像王建煊之前自己曾說，監委是被酬庸的，雖然他對監察院沒信心，但還是呼籲監察院能嚴正、嚴謹調查。

瞿海源也說，王建煊對媒體說王金平早該辭職，這是非常嚴重的失言，王講這話完全違背憲政原則，五院是平等的，王建煊要管立法院也不是這樣管法；何況特偵組的調查案到今早都還沒送進監察院，王建煊沒看到案子就講話，「非常草率、非常不負責任」。

瞿海源說，王建煊被稱為王聖人，但他還是去傳教比較好，不要做官，不要做監察院長。他呼籲監委應出面調查監察院長，王建煊在這個時間點，憑什麼說這個話？為什麼說這個話？有無違反法制與憲政原則，監察院應處理。
