【綜合報導】國立台北教育大學遭學生投訴，第一宿舍整修工程來不及完工，各樓層均無法供水、衛浴設備無法使用，學校竟要學生改用在頂樓設置的臨時淋浴間和廁所。學生大罵住宿費大漲2成5卻讓學生入住未完工的宿舍。初估影響人數達600人。
國北教大主秘周志宏昨說，問題出在承包商找不到工人，預計下周日（22日）可完工，完工前不收住宿費，並加派1位女性保全人員在開放淋浴時間巡邏，工人則需穿工作背心作為辨識，避免女學生受干擾。教育部高教司長黃雯玲說，各校調漲住宿費及整建宿舍，事前應向學生充分說明，教育部明將致電國北教大，提醒校方注意女學生人身安全。

 Apple 本周發表 iPhone 5s / iPhone 5c 以來，由於 iPhone 5c 並不如分析師和外界預期走低價位路線，因此發表會後 Apple 股價一瀉千里。不過 9 月 13 日 Apple 在首波發售國家開始接受 iPhone 5c 預訂以來，從官網出貨日期從 9 月 20 日拉長到 1~2 週，即可看出消費者依舊賞臉。
iPhone 5c 預購首日預估破 100 萬隻
雖然 iPhone 5c 比較像是換上塑膠殼的 iPhone 5，被不少網友嫌棄，再加上 iPhone 5s 並沒有在預購名單中，更讓不少人看衰預購行情。不過自從 9 月 13 日在美國、英國、香港、澳大利亞、加拿大、中國、法國、德國、新加坡等地開放預購以來，依舊造成消費者熱烈搶購。forbes 富比士引述分析師預估 iPhone 5c 預購首日應該會突破 100 萬隻。
即便 iPhone 5s 並未加入預購行列，但分析師預估如果 iPhone 5s 也在預購之列，整體應該會有單日上看 200 萬隻的預購量，接近 iPhone 5 的水準。屆時 iPhoen 5s / iPhone 5c 開賣首個週末應該可達到 5~600 萬隻，比 iPhone 5 首週末的 500 萬隻銷售量高出 20% 水準；此外開賣到月底應該可達到 8~900 萬隻。
除了官網之外，美國電信業者 AT&T、Verizon、Sprint、T-Mobile 的 iPhone 5c 預購同樣強勁。美國 Sprint 電信商昨日已表示 iPhone 5c 預購已搶購一空，部分機型已經拉長到 2 週才會出貨，黃色 32GB 版本甚至得等上 3 週。
Apple 以往皆會發表 iPhone 的銷售首日數量。iPhone 4 首日銷售 60 萬隻、iPhone 4S 首日銷售 100 萬隻、iPhone 5S 單日銷售更是達到 200 萬隻。

未鎖版黃色 16GB 最受歡迎
iPhone 5c 一口氣推出 5 種顏色，也讓大家好奇消費者最捧場哪些顏色。根據 Apple 官網出貨日期判斷，未鎖版的黃色 16GB 是最受歡迎的規格，目前美國 Apple Store 未鎖版的黃色 16GB訂單會等到 9 月 25 日才會出貨。

花蓮文旦柚甜度高達10.5度，中秋不漲價宅配享優惠。

時序入秋，中秋佳節是花蓮文旦柚熟成的季節，平均甜度皆在10.5度以上。為和全國民眾分享豐美的文旦產季，花蓮縣各產區農會已開始接受訂購，並搭配各種優惠推廣活動，今年中秋闔家團圓賞月品柚，柚香柚酸甜的花蓮文旦是最佳選擇。
瑞穗鄉農會總幹事魏清河表示，花蓮全縣文旦栽種面積約1,100公頃，而瑞穗鄉約占600公頃更是單一最大栽種面積鄉鎮。花蓮文旦柚樹生產區主要栽種在緩坡地，土壤屬黏土質地，先天的環境適合文旦柚樹生長，而且種植在緩坡地上的植株吸收順勢留下的水分，再加上農民專業的培育管理，是主要讓花蓮文旦品質掛保證的重要元素。
而老欉文旦柚是精選30年以上老欉文旦樹的精品，樹齡約25至30年以上，肉甜綿密湯汁厚多，果實大小約450公克至600公克為首選，平均甜度皆在10.5度以上。果粒細緻、水份飽滿，果味酸中帶甜，甜中含酸，富含維生素C及纖維素，平均每粒文旦柚約呈正三角形，可謂是花蓮縣農產界的國寶產品之一。
花蓮縣政府農業處張智超處長表示，雖然歷經今年四月低溫氣候、乾旱缺水，及蘇力、潭美、西馬隆、康芮等颱風，但幸得上天庇佑，文旦柚未遭受颱風太大災害，僅略為減產1至2成，但今年甜度至少在10.5度以上，品質絕對保證優質，且文旦柚是一種非常好的水果，富含維生素Ｃ及纖維素，對人體環保清潔有相當好的幫助。
此外，今年花蓮縣政府也特地邀請由花蓮健康美食協會推薦的在地烘焙業者，研發推出文旦柚酥等加工產品，甜中帶酸、口口香酥的糕點，讓人吮指流涎。今年花蓮的文旦柚不但不漲價，還有多項不同的優惠，歡迎民眾到花蓮縣政府官網－花蓮經典農產宅配網（www.hlshop.com.tw）選購，或電洽花蓮縣各農會訂購。

美國金球獎(Golden Globe Awards)主辦單位「好萊塢外國記者協會」(Hollywood Foreign Press Association，HFPA)13日宣布，將把2014西席．地密爾獎(Cecil B. DeMille Award)頒給資深的電影人伍迪艾倫(Woody Allen)，以表彰他對影壇的傑出貢獻。
今年77歲的伍迪艾倫集演員、作家以及導演於一身。他將在明年2月12日、金球獎第71屆頒獎典禮上，獲得這項終身成就獎的殊榮。
伍迪艾倫電影生涯中獲獎無數，代表作品包括「安妮霍爾」(Annie Hall)、「漢娜姐妹」(Hannah and Her Sisters)、「午夜巴黎」(Midnight in Paris)等。其中伍迪艾倫親自編導的「午夜巴黎」就獲得去年金球獎、奧斯卡獎的最佳原創劇本。
西席．地密爾獎，又稱金球獎終身成就獎，是為了表彰終身致力電影事業，為全球娛樂業做出貢獻的人士的獎項，自1952年開始由好萊塢外國記者協會在金球獎典禮上頒發。過去的獲獎者還包括資深演員摩根費里曼(Morgan Freeman)、大導演馬丁史柯西斯(Martin Scorsese)等人。
