Roasty Cafe 位在高雄七賢路靠近中山路交叉口,也就是麻辣鍋林立的那一段. 或許是我對那兒的印象一直都只有麻辣鍋,這天真的是頭一遭發現Roast CafeXD 木質招牌白色立體字,看上去十分優雅呢! 抵達的時間是週末下午不到兩點鐘, 或許是大家午覺還沒睡醒或午餐還沒吃完, 我們是Roast Cafe當天的第一組客人喔! 一進去便覺得喜歡這裡, 寬闊的空間感,白色牆面搭配木頭系桌椅,以及斑駁的水泥石子地, 簡簡單單的無印良品現代風格. 進門沒多久,看到一個氣質馬尾女咖啡師彎著身體清咖啡烘焙機. 雖然對她來說只是個工作,我卻覺得這樣認真的側影很美. 除了一樓外,地下一樓也有空間喔! 有適合大家開讀書會討論或多人聊天的大桌,也有舒適的沙發圓形桌椅. 不過論採光和通風度,我個人還是喜歡一樓的座位區多一些. 洛斯特的咖啡單, 封面是用裝咖啡的麻布袋做成的呢! 這裡的咖啡是以產地分類, 類別十分詳盡, 只差沒把世界地圖放上去了. 前面幾頁是酸味比較明顯的淺焙, 種類不少, 不過我們家的人大部分沒那麼愛淺焙的酸. 看到中間幾頁,其實就可以大概知道Roast Cafe的烘焙咖啡重心放在淺焙中焙上. 話雖如此, Roast Cafe還是有中深焙的咖啡, 給像我們家比較接受中深焙, 味道比較沉的咖啡愛好者啦! 如果你就是沒那麼愛單品,只想簡單喝個拿鐵或卡布, Roast Cafe也有喔! 不喝咖啡也沒關係, 來Roast Cafe單純吃個下午茶也不錯. 這裡有幾樣下午茶甜點或輕食的選擇. 討論了一下, 我們決定四人一人點一杯飲料, 然後一起分享一份鬆餅和一份司康. 點完餐之後,店員告知現沖咖啡要等上一會兒. 當天也沒有要趕時間去哪, 難得家人聚在一起, 好好聊個天或甚至發呆都開心. 聊著聊著發現吧檯後方櫃子上的咖啡罐有三種漂亮金屬質感顏色. 咖啡師安靜地手沖咖啡. 我喜歡洛斯特的女咖啡師們, 動作優雅俐落,話不多,但又不會讓人覺得有距離. 幾分鐘後,單品咖啡上桌了. 這是爸爸點的盧安達(後面的名字我忘記下來了QQ). 附上兩個分享杯, 讓同桌人也能嘗嘗. 這支咖啡豆是爸爸喜歡的,酸味不明顯, 且帶有中深焙的一些苦味. 這杯則是媽媽的哥倫比亞, 這支豆子是中焙, 所以喝起來的味道不像剛剛盧安達的那麼沉,且有些許的果酸味. 不過這樣的酸並不難以接受,反而是順口的. 這杯則是我的洛斯特特調, 就是店家自己抓不同的單品的混豆. 味道也屬於酸味不明顯的那種, 不過跟爸爸那杯比起來,爸爸那杯的後味比較溫純. 喝咖啡就想配甜點! 幸好也在這個時候, 我們的甜點上桌了. 這是夏季限定的芒果鬆餅. 分量看起來超驚人的!!! 一個人除非空腹吃, 不然當下午茶至少要兩人以上分食. 我喜歡洛斯特的格子鬆餅, 格子的部份酥脆卻又不刮上顎, 且牛奶和雞蛋的香味濃郁. 搭配香草冰淇淋我覺得剛剛好, 不會搶掉新鮮芒果的味道. 將鬆餅切成小小塊, 放上一些冰淇淋和一塊芒果,真是炎炎夏季的人生一大享受(翹腳) 接上來上桌的是蔓越莓司康.擺盤挺優雅的,小巧的兩個司康 配上鮮奶油和冷凍莓類當裝飾.,但一看這司康的質地, 心中吶喊不妙. 先說好的部分, 好的部分就是它已經擺脫台式司康的麵包質地了. 但缺點是司康吃起來太乾, 即使加了鮮奶油和果醬還是覺得吃起來酥餅部分很乾. 詢問了店員,店員說這是外包的麵包店做的, 我是覺得挺可惜的~~ 不錯的咖啡應該值得更好吃的甜點. 雖然搭配司康的不是蒸餾奶油而是鮮奶油, 不過這鮮奶油有一種迷人的馨香味,我喜歡! 到最後索性拿叉子單吃鮮奶油(胖死XD) 老妹的熱榛果拿鐵,上面有朵可愛的鬱金香拉花.奶泡看上去蠻細緻的. 借來喝一口,嗯...可能是平常喝習慣不加糖的咖啡了, 榛果糖漿顯得太過甜膩, 蓋過了原本拿鐵應有的牛奶甜味. 妹妹倒是蠻喜歡這杯的啦! 洛斯特咖啡提供了寬闊安靜的大空間,讓人靜靜品嘗自家烘焙出來的精選單品, 價位不算低,不過喝完後會覺得這樣的價格是值得的. 挑剔甜點的不完美或許對洛斯特不公平,因為它的定位主角是單品咖啡. 所以如果想抽個空,讓自己放空在咖啡香和一杯好咖啡, 洛斯特是推薦給你的地方. -- 永遠都充滿活力的 Love & Fight! http://www.wretch.cc/blog/mikageyoru -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.70.83 ※ mikageyoru:轉錄至看板 CAFENCAKE 09/11 06:49 ※ mikageyoru:轉錄至看板 Kaohsiung 09/11 06:49

嘉義縣消防局第1大隊，昨天傍晚6點30分許，在嘉義縣朴子市竹圍里新進路1處民宅查獲200多箱的爆竹，市價100多萬元，這些爆竹部分有合法標籤，有些則沒有。由於數量龐大，消防隊員直到昨天深夜11點許，才將全部的爆竹清點完畢並送到縣內1家合法煙火公司存放。消防隊員表示，這批爆竹是29歲吳姓男子所有，推則可能是中秋節快到了，為因應市場求並牟利，才會進貨囤積，今天早上將訪談吳姓男子，說明這批爆竹的來源。
