日本政府8月中旬公布第2季GDP，年化後季度比較成長2.6%，低於經濟專家所預估的3.6%，表現不如市場預期；但是，如果藉由近期公布的多項經濟數據，來進一步衡量日本經濟復甦的現況，可以發現，日本經濟仍在復甦的軌道上，市場過度悲觀看待日本第2季GDP成長率，其實是反應過度。

相關理由如下：首先，日本經濟活動持續正成長，此點清楚反映在最新公布的製造業調查數據之中；其中8月製造業採購經理人指數（PMI）回升至52.5點，呼應路透社短觀調查（Reuters Tankan Survey）結果所呈現的強勁表現。

另外，工業生產表現反彈上揚，自6月萎縮3.1%後，7月以3.2%的正成長作收；工業生產調查報告亦進一步顯示8、9月表現將有機會更為強勁。倘若如此，聯博預期，日本第3季工業生產年增率將有機會上看9.8%，超越第2季6.2%的增長幅度。

另一方面，相關數據也顯示，日本非製造業表現不俗。儘管7月零售支出表現可能受到天候影響而下滑，但非製造業信心指數卻持續往歷史高點邁進，透露內需市場可望持續回溫。

其次，經濟活動回溫，也有助支撐勞動市場的復甦。根據日本政府公布數據顯示，7月日本失業率降至3.8%，逼近2002年至2007年間經濟擴張周期尾聲所創下的歷史低點。目前日本就業機會相對於求職人數的比率持續上升，亦可望為勞動市場挹注部分的復甦動能。

故隨著日本就業市場持續好轉，將有助於更進一步全面刺激薪資水準成長，進而帶動景氣復甦。

此外，通膨逐漸上升，也意味著日本經濟狀況持續改善。7月消費者物價指數（CPI）顯示，目前日本通膨為0.7%。最新的8月東京消費者指數月增率0.2%，相較於全國其他地區，東京地區消費者物價指數皆提前一個月公布，顯示9月公布的全國消費者物價指數年增率可望升至1%。

另外，不含糧食與能源項目之「核心中的核心」消費者物價指數年增率僅下降0.1%，亦顯示通貨緊縮的壓力已經趨緩。如果從上述分析來看，聯博認為，安倍經濟學帶來的刺激效應仍舊未減，換言之，日本第2季GDP數據表現不如市場預期，並不代表日本經濟復甦將面臨停滯的風險。

接下來，政策焦點將聚焦在調高消費稅的議題上，隨著日本經濟持續復甦，日本政府可望如期調高消費稅率以進一步推動財政改革。

目前消息傳出，日本政府會以日本央行將於10月1日公布的企業短期經濟觀測調查報告，作為評估是否在明年4月上調消費稅率的主要依據，而為了緩和消費稅調高可能對內需的影響，預期日本政府將透過減免企業稅率、擴大基礎建設支出、甚至是日本央行推出新一輪的量化寬鬆政策以為因應。

【綜合報導】英國班戈大學和南非金山大學，調查身體41個部位的敏感地帶排名，訪問800名英國和南非人，發現腳在人體敏感地帶排名中敬陪末席。

性器官、唇、耳、大腿內側、肩胛骨則是5大敏感地帶，膝蓋則是倒數第二。

結果還指出雖然一般人認為女性敏感地帶比較多，而男性只有那話兒是敏感部位，但調查顯示男人與女人的敏感地帶一樣多。

【王覺一／綜合報導】9月大聯盟擴編對洋基牛棚戰力顯然毫無助益，38歲的黑田博樹先發5局投了105球，還要繼續投第6局，43歲的守護神李維拉(Mariano Rivera)必須提前在第8局上場，結果在9局上救援失敗。不過洋基靠著鈴木一朗在9局下安打、盜壘與再見暴投，以4比3氣走紅襪，避免在這次4連戰遭到紅襪清盤。
 
紅襪最近火力幾近瘋狂，洋基前3戰共失34分，其中牛棚就佔19分。黑田今天已經努力控制場面，先發6局只被敲5安打，失2分，但單場投球數117球已是本季新高。只是李維拉超量救援，搞砸黑田本季第12勝。
 
李維拉生涯例行賽過去只有11場在還有6個出局數的情形上場救援，上次已是2006年，今天他在8局上讓紅襪三上三下，但9局上被首名打者米德布魯克斯(Will Middlebrooks)轟出陽春砲，將比數追成3比3平手，本季第7場救援失敗，反而拿下第5勝。

【李光濱／花蓮報導】6名來自法國及美國的4男2女外籍遊客，今天凌晨在太魯閣國家公園綠水露營區烤肉，1名法籍男子Savier（23歲）突然越過露營區鐵絲網至立霧溪戲水游泳，不久後同行友人發現男子疑落水失蹤，嚇得趕緊報警。同行女子用中英文說「他已失蹤兩個多小時，我們需要更多警消幫忙！」

目前消防局已出動兩個分隊共10多名人力，前往台8線中橫公路170公里處往東延著立霧溪漏夜展開搜救任務，搜救人員在公路上架燈搜救，截至目前為止仍未發現男子下落。
