餐廳名稱：北無雙拉麵 消費時間：2013年8月 地址： 台北市 每人平均價位：190-250，收一成服務費 圖文好讀版 http://wp.me/p2oWIC-JQ 北無雙拉麵是一間日本人來台灣開設的拉麵店，在日本當地並沒有相對應的店家，老闆出 身於札幌。這家店在2012年8月11日開幕，到目前為止在台灣有三家分店，第一家開設在 捷運市政府站，第二家開設在景美瀚星百貨，第三家開設在敦南遠企。 一進門就可以看到大熊娃娃，但是不知道大熊跟日式拉麵店之間的關聯在哪裡 店內蠻寬敞的，約可容納46人，要加收一成服務費，服務員態度還算親切，但服務僅限於 點菜跟上菜 桌上的調味料有醬油、蠟油、醋、辣椒粉以及胡椒粉 菜單是最常見的護貝菜單樣式，並沒有什麼多餘的文字敘述 北無雙拉麵的菜單，拉麵屬於中價位，價位介於190元至250元，要加收一成服務費，屬於 中價位的拉麵。菜單上寫大盛加30元，但現場問服務人員主動告知，中午時段的大盛是不 加30元的。點餐的時候服務人員也會問麵的軟硬度和湯的濃淡，我都選普通 菜單比較特別的是有多人套餐的吃法，從兩碗550元到六碗1600元不等 燒烤叉燒拉麵，醬油口味，大盛，250元加收一成服務費。配料有海苔、蔥、菠菜和筍乾 ，水準一般，麵本身硬度剛好，湯頭的部份則是比較混雜的味道，並不是很有辨識度 燒烤叉燒的部份，一共給了三片，比起之前吃過沒燒烤的版本在味道上算是有進步，但若 要跟旺味麵場或是麵屋武藏的燒烤叉燒比，還是稍微需要加油一下。蛋的部份就普通 結帳的時候看到收銀台寫雨天折扣40元，這點還蠻特別的 照片中左邊是北無雙的日籍老闆，人很親切。綜論之，以吃過幾次的感想來說，這是一間 逐漸在進步中的中價位日式拉麵店，同時也可以看到他正在逐步拓展店面到非戰區（例如 敦南遠企附近只有一家麵屋緣、景美瀚星百貨附近似乎沒有競爭同業）的部份，算是勇於 開發新市場，畢竟台北市東區的拉麵市場再怎麼樣也不會新增太多客人，反而會陷入每天 都要廝殺的程度，稍微不注意就必須退出戰場，往其它鬧區或台北市以外（比如說最近在 竹北開店的博多一幸舍）拓展才是。但以目前日式拉麵在台北市如此激戰的程度，也許它 進步的腳步還要比展店的腳步再快一點才行 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.250.151.99

是這樣的~這間房子已經租了一年半~今年5月才又簽合約的~合約是到103/05/10~
但是就在8月底~房東說他的房子想賣~想讓我配合帶看~
基本上我不喜歡這種感覺~所以我就直接跟他說~
要帶看可以~那就是我會開始找房子~
如果找到了~就讓我提前解約而且不能扣我押金~
他回我說我不用那麼急~房子沒賣出去我一樣可以繼續租~
如果賣出去了說不定還能補貼一點搬家費~
我回說~我不喜歡我住的地方被帶看~這樣會打擾我的生活~
結果房東回~好~那我請仲介集中帶看~以免造成你的不方便~
我看了有點火~所以就沒再回她了(以上都是經由APP傳訊)~

後來仲介打給我~說想跟我約帶看時間~我跟仲介說~我有跟房東講到我的要求等等~
仲介說再跟房東討論看看~
不久~仲介又打來說~房東說可以~
OK~那我也就接受帶看~也跟仲介約定了時間~

之後~房子找到了~就在我傳APP跟房東說的時候~
房東回我~當初是說好房子有賣掉~押金才會退的~
我就回她~當初有跟仲介說好不扣押金~不管有沒有賣掉~
房東就回說~他現在不在台北~等他回來跟房仲商量後再回我~
事情告一段落~

我想問的是:

1.房東賣房子~我有權不讓帶看嗎??
2.仲介跟我說房東可以讓我提前解約不扣押金~事後房東又是另一套說法~
這樣我還有機會不會被扣到押金嗎?
3.跟仲介做的約定都是口頭約定~萬一到時候他反悔了~我是不是只能摸摸鼻子認了?
