你常常把「忙不過來」掛在嘴上嗎，在總是抱怨時間不夠的同時，你有檢查過自 己的時間為何總不夠嗎？根據研究，大部份的人之所以總是認為時間不夠，最主要的原因，是因為一些不自覺養成的拖延壞習慣，一點一點把時間偷走了。

趁著一周的開始，好好的檢查一下，糾出潛藏在工作中的時間｢慣竊｣。

1.每個人都有可能有懶蟲：先別以為自己沒問題，把上周的行程表攤出來，好 好檢視一下，那些時段不由自主地被懶蟲掌握，本來應該做完的事，卻無由的被打斷。就算是你是同事眼中勤奮的工蜂，也難保能有效利用時間，可能是因為你的人緣好效率高，在做事時容易被打斷，一被打斷，怠惰就容易上身了！

2.你真的有確實執行｢待辦事項｣嗎？列出待辦事項是每個人都會做的事情，但你真的有確實地執行嗎？若要養成不拖延的好習慣，嚴格遵守待辦事項中完成的進度、時間及順序，千萬別打折，否則時間小偷一定找上你。

3.從簡單的事做起：接受挑戰當然是工作成就感的重要來源，但如果一直把最難的放第一位，那可能一步都跨不出去，藉口拖延就會不自覺找上你。西方人說：只要一點一點吃，一個人可以吃掉一頭大象，挑戰難的目標，但別忘了得從簡單的事情著手，一件一件做完。

4.永遠要往好的方面想。害怕失敗是拖延工作的好朋友，越是怕失敗，越是不敢動手做事，就會開始找藉口拖延工作，懶蟲不找你也難。

5.一定要找樂子。熱情是克服拖延最重要的利器，想想看自己曾經迫不及待做一件事的經驗，試著把那熱情找回來，就算是無聊的工作，應該也有好玩的成份，把工作的樂子寫下來並放在桌上顯眼的位置，想要找藉口偷懶時，拿出來看看，應該受用無窮呢！(來源：WorkAwesome)

衛生福利部今天表示，包括天王補心丹、加味逍遙散等22項中藥傳統製劑，首次訂出含重金屬的異常物質限量標準。

中醫藥司司長黃林煌表示，包括天王補心丹、龜鹿二仙丸、養肝丸、消痔丸、龍膽瀉肝湯、六味地黃丸、調經丸、八味地黃丸、加味逍遙散、黃連解毒湯等22項中藥傳統製劑將規範異常物質限量。

黃林煌說，異常物質限量以總重金屬限量在30ppm（百萬分之一）以下、砷在3ppm以下、鎘及汞在0.5ppm以下、鉛在10ppm以下；此外還包括微生物總生菌數量，而大腸桿菌及沙門氏菌則是不得檢出。

黃林煌說，目前「天王補心丹等22項中藥傳統製劑含異常物質限量標準及其適用範圍」仍在預告階段，等收集各界意見並討論後，正式公告並施行。

中醫藥司技正林步芳表示，中藥濃縮製劑需要處方，傳統製劑9成多是坊間可購買成藥，主要是粉狀或藥丸形式，比照濃縮製劑訂出重金屬限量。

中華民國中醫師公會全國聯合會副秘書長黃建榮表示，多數中藥材來自中國大陸，重金屬含量高，制定重金屬含量標準，有助提高用藥安全及藥品品質。

〈熱門權證〉營運超預期 聯發科熱

聯發科第二季業績表現，超乎市場預期，主要受惠於5/1備貨需求及強勁的季節性成長，同時其第二季毛利率達43.2%，亦較上季增加1.1%，主要乃受惠於其產品結構之好轉。稅後EPS 4.3元，季增81%，獲利表現優異同時符合市場預期。

展望第三季業績表現，據公司法說會預估，其營收預估季增5~13%，毛利率預估42.5%~44.5%，大致符合市場預期。該公司第三季成長動能來源主要為預期受惠於中國十一拉貨轉趨積極、加上新晶片推出包括cost down版本的MT6572、MT6589以及平板專用的MT8135等。

若以其先前公布之7月營收來看，7月營收高達132億元，月增35%、年增43%，創歷史新高，亦遠優於市場預期，若8~9月業績依舊維持在高檔，則第三季營收甚至可望再次超乎公司先前預期並推升其獲利表現。
