康芮颱風來帶來豪大雨，中南部等重要蔬菜產區成為水鄉澤國。農委會主委陳保基今天上午出示公文顯示，在今年5、6月汛期來臨前，已要求桃園縣、雲林縣、屏東縣政府應該要進行河道清淤，保持農水路順暢，但地方政府至今置之不理，是這次淹水的原因之一，若能及早清淤，將能夠減少農業災害損失。對於中南部大規模淹水，農損嚴重，感到無奈與心疼。

雲林縣是台灣最大的蔬菜產區，卻淹水一層樓高，當地10年的防洪頻率是261毫米、25年防洪頻率為332毫米，但昨天雲林西螺下了271毫米、虎尾更下了625毫米，雨量驚人。

陳保基表示，雨下太大是這次淹水釀災的主因，但若可以事前清淤，可以減少農民損失及災害發生。他拿出公文證明，透過地方水利會的巡察發現提醒，今年的5月21日，農委會即發文給桃園、雲林、屏東三縣政府，要求應盡快清淤，其中特別是雲林縣，公文中還附上地點照片，說明雲林西螺二崙地區排水系統淤積嚴重，應盡速清理，但「都沒人理」。

陳保基說，因為地方沒有回應，6月20日二度發文要求雲林縣政府清淤，地方依舊置之不理。現在當地災損嚴重，農民心血泡湯、菜價飆漲，讓他覺得很無力、很遺憾。

【許敏溶╱台北報導】今年入秋以來第一道鋒面後天報到，氣象局指出，受鋒面影響，明起3天全台各地都是有雨的天氣，後天北部、東北部天氣也會轉涼，白天高溫僅有28℃，低溫22℃，溫度較今天下滑3到4℃，秋天腳步近，提醒民眾要注意溫差變化，以免著涼。

氣象局預報員蔡耀德說，明天起受到鋒面接近影響，全台各地都是有雨天氣，西半部及東北部地區有短暫陣雨或雷雨，其他地區亦有短暫陣雨，後天到下周一受到鋒面影響，全台各地有短暫陣雨或雷雨，北部、東北部白天高溫也在30℃以下，預計僅有28℃，預計下周二起鋒面離開後天氣開始好轉，北部、東半部有局度短暫陣雨，其他地區則是多雲。

【陳意佳／綜合報導】睽違5年，樂團四分衛終於再合體將發第6張專輯《愛可以讓我們在一起》，日前他們租下早已荒廢一段時日的木柵光明戲院，進行專輯封面及內頁的拍攝。但因正值鬼月，前一天打掃時有工作人員身體不適，頭暈嘔吐，因此隔天正式拍攝時，四分衛特地撂樂團硬漢們來助陣，包括張懸、旺福、1976等人都到場，形成另類的搖滾同學會。
 
《一起來 二十年 山迪追虎 四分衛》演唱會將於9月14日在ATT SHOWBOX 1舉行，同時舉行專輯首賣及首簽會。四分衛新專輯《愛可以讓我們在一起》則於9月17日正式發行。

【蔣永佑／台北報導】前主播、購物專家薛楷莉在指控前夫東森新聞部副理顏冠得涉嫌殺人後，原本2人今天將就女兒監護權一事，前往士林地院調解，但下午只有薛楷莉現身法庭，顏冠得不僅未現身，也未委託律師到庭。
 
士林地院為2人召開的調解庭，原定下午3時30分召開，但直到開庭時間已過，顏冠得都未現身，僅薛楷莉不發一語進入法庭。

薛楷莉和顏冠得結婚9年，今年2月顏冠得爆婚外情，2人於5月正式離婚，由於2人離婚時協議女兒監護權歸顏冠得，但如今薛楷莉認為顏不適任，希望爭取小孩監護權，士林地院將就孩子意願、雙方經濟條件、教養環境與品行，決定監護權歸屬。
