【綜合報導】日本《朝日新聞》今天報導，日本政府為了強化情報蒐集能力，將增設「內閣情報局」。報導說，日本政府擬將現有的內閣情報調查室升格為「內閣情報局」，下設3名內閣情報官，分管國內、對外、防衛3個領域。這3名官員將匯集外務省等部門的情報並直接向首相彙報，還可要求相關部門收集需要的情報。

新華社引述報導說，安倍政權計劃在今年秋天召開的臨時國會上通過成立「國家安全保障會議」的相關法案，並於明年1月正式成立。設立「內閣情報局」的工作也將與此同步進行。兩個部門之間將加強合作，提高首相官邸的情報收集、分析、應對突發事件的能力。

【張欽／台北報導】今年5月廣大興案爆發期間，網路出現3版本拒賣菲勞便當的「便當文」，引發網友熱烈轉載，媒體也跟進報導，警方查出其中1版本是在科技公司上班的女子董曉秋以「Grace Tung」暱稱，在臉書散佈不實文章，造成社會動盪，影響國際觀感，依違反《社會秩序維護法》移送法院。

台北地院簡易庭認為，董曉秋虛構「陳便當店拒賣菲律賓人便當」、「辱罵菲律賓人」等不實文章，確實刻意誇大國人與菲律賓人間的矛盾，但文章又指「自己買便當給菲律賓人」、「只因為他們是菲律賓人，就不肯賣他們便當，會不會以偏蓋全」等內容，是在表達不應牽扯無辜者。

法官因而認定，董女的文章雖引發議論，但不至於讓外界產生畏懼或恐慌等負面心理，難認有影響公共安寧情形，因此裁定不罰，可再抗告。

原本努力湊了很久的寶物
為了即將兌換到的小海豹做準備

所以故意在第二缸放了很多魚兒們

好讓魚兒產很多寶 且故意不將寶物撿起

要留給分身偷寶物 讓小海豹產怒值

結果今早醒來一看 小海豹本該產寶了(500個)

但是我左看右看 都沒看到小海豹的寶物

本想說 應該是寶物疊太多，先讓魚兒們產寶好了

便向一些快生產的魚 餵了一點生長激素 (有隻藍翼飛魚)

後來開了分身 要偷寶物的時候 左看右看....

居然連剛生產完 藍翼飛魚(產58剩58)的寶物 都找不到了...

然後將螢幕放到全畫面 再次確認有沒有小海豹的寶物 還是沒有...

想請問各位版大 這是開水的BUG嗎?? 底下寶物不能堆疊太多??

餐廳名稱：花月嵐 消費時間：2013/8 地址：高雄市左營區高鐵路115號3樓(彩紅市集3F) 電話：07-348-5199 營業時間：11:00-22:00 可否刷卡：可 圖文網誌：http://www.wretch.cc/blog/bluehart/17362239 插旗了插旗了!!花月嵐開了左營新光的時候 我就一直想去，終於找到時間了 去的時間算早，才五點多 可是已經需要排隊了 生意真的很好 在看完拉麵模型後，也差不多到我們了 我們去排隊的時候是第4組客人 約等10分鐘左右(還能接受) 菜單 我個人覺得他們家的菜單好花喔 但是好處是很多東西一目了然 桌上除了一壺冰水外，還有一些瓶瓶罐罐的調味罐 而廚房呢，就是現在很流行的透明玻璃 完全看得到工作人員有沒有在偷懶(誤) 大蒜 花月嵐家的大蒜湯頭遠近馳名 服務人員還會詢問要不要附些大蒜，還有壓泥器 可以讓你再加到拉麵裡 可樂(NT.50) 這是月套餐附的飲料 是說這樣一杯50元還真貴@@ 糖心蛋(NT.30) 請忽略蛋上的綠色海帶XDD 我很直接的拿妮妮的食物剪剪成對半了!! 糖心蛋是我吃拉麵時必點的，帶有點香甜的糖色香 很好吃。下次來自已DIY試試 月套餐附贈可以選一樣30的小菜 蒜香豬肉飯(NT.45) 其實其實我覺得應該可以算肉燥飯XDD 只是他是瘦肉，我喜歡，而且加了大量的蔥蒜，真的好香 跟拉麵相比，也不會死鹹 海帶芽(NT.30) 好啦，我要承認，這盤端上來我有傻住 這道是加點的，完全沒有什麼調味 感覺就是海帶川燙過這樣 但是也剛好直接丟在拉麵裡 混著拉麵一起吃 還不錯XDD 大蒜豚骨拉麵(NT.160) 服務人員說，這口味是最清淡的了，其他口味都偏重 我是衝著這個點的，因為在那之前就知道他們家的湯頭偏鹹 可是卻真的很好吃，湯頭的味道很濃厚，還有很濃的蒜香 再加上麵條也QQ彈牙，麵本身也十分入味，整體來說真的還挺不賴的 只是我得把他們家的拉麵用清水洗過兩次才敢給妮妮吃 所以依照我的口味，當然還是得請服務人員加湯了 其實點餐的時候服務人員就會告知了， 萬一覺得湯頭太重，可以請他們加高湯 黑魔神拉麵(NT.220) 這是以三種味噌所調配出來的湯頭，味道真的重過我的豚骨拉麵很多 麵條也粗了許多，更有嚼勁一些 而且裡面還有放了不少的豆芽跟高麗菜 應該是要平衡一下湯頭的濃重的。除了對我來說真的太濃了以外 其實還蠻好吃的 我們的餐點是2個拉麵其中一個加成套餐 90元的月套餐(蒜香豬肉飯+30元小菜+飲料)+30元小菜單點 整體來說，我還蠻喜歡花月嵐的 只是說口味真的重了些，比較不適合偏好淡口味的我 不過就偶而嚐之 -- 1+1=3 http://www.wretch.cc/blog/bluehart -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.120.114.220 ※ bluehart0113:轉錄至看板 Kaohsiung 08/30 08:37

【綜合報導】8月24日中國山西發生一起駭人聽聞的慘案，一名6歲男童小斌斌，遭陌生婦人挖去雙眼，取走眼角膜，導致雙眼失明，當地警方開出新台幣將近50萬元來緝凶。但是最令人不解的是，小斌斌的伯母上午上吊身亡。

小斌斌伯母死的突然，具體的原因是什麼，警方還在深入了解，目前知道，小斌斌的家人願意接受善款，包括新加坡、香港等地都有善心人士表示願意出手相助。而令人鼻酸的是，小斌斌這兩天不斷問父母，「天怎麼一直是黑的」等等，小斌斌的父母，只好先告訴他眼睛受了點傷，出院就好了等，先安慰他。
