【侯昌騰／高雄報導】今日清晨6時30分，一部義大世界遊覽車行經五福二路與中山二路準備在路口迴轉時，後方一部機車突然反應不及攔腰撞上，騎士當場倒地昏迷不醒，救護車獲報趕到現場，緊急將頭破血流的男子送醫急救，肇事責任警方調查中。

| 服貿＋貨貿＋自由經濟示範區 學者：台灣農業恐連根拔起

〔自由時報記者鍾麗華／台北報導〕兩岸簽署服貿協議，一旦開放服務業經營銷售農產品，甚至進入米糧市場，業者與學者憂心最後連稻米也守不住，因為現在所有政策不僅「黑箱作業」、不清不楚，一旦「服貿」加「貨貿」，再配合「自由經濟示範區」，台灣農業將被連根拔起。
業者擔心中國米進入台灣市場
我國稻米產值超過四百億元，兩個期作面積總計逾二十六萬公頃。「中興米」行銷企畫經理顏志原說，服貿協議內容是什麼，政府不說，業者也不清楚，未來雖會有競爭者進入台灣市場，最終仍要看消費者選擇。
不過，「三好米」處長吳堂銘認為，政府對於服貿說得很模糊，讓人擔心連稻米市場也守不住。雖然短期內不會直接影響，但長期而言很難說，因為現在台灣米可以賣到中國去，中國米卻不能進來，中國不可能永遠單方面「讓利」，勢必要求平等互惠。未來會透過什麼模式開放？是在ＷＴＯ稻米關稅配額的十四萬餘公噸之中，還是其他形式？令人憂心。
吳堂銘強調，台灣白米消費量年年衰退，每年每人僅吃四十五公斤的白米，稻米已產銷過剩，但在政府提高公糧收購價後，農民耕作意願大幅提高，也讓糧商的成本變高，因為價格因素，台灣米在國際沒有競爭力，更無法與中國競爭，而這幾年中國買台灣米都是政治性採購，無法持久。
中興大學農業政策中心特聘教授陳吉仲表示，最怕「服貿」結合「貨貿」，再加上「自經區」，從原料、物流、批發、零售，甚至到最後的餐飲服務，中資以「一條龍」模式經營，以後台灣人吃的全掌握在中資手中，不僅威脅糧食自給率，也衝擊消費者的食品安全。
台大農經系教授吳榮杰也說，物流通路掌握在別人手中相當危險，未來要賣什麼農產品都由他們決定，如政府能好好把關、堅持不讓步，「一條水管前面堵住了，後面怎麼會通呢？」

兩黨主席 無法代表所有民意
〔自由時報記者蘇芳禾、彭顯鈞、李欣芳／台北報導〕馬英九總統與民進黨主席蘇貞昌將於九月十五日針對服貿協議進行辯論，「反黑箱服貿民主陣線」昨召開記者會，強調兩黨主席不能代表所有人民聲音，反對兩人在資訊不充足的狀況下辯論。
每週三問 要求朝野政黨回應
台灣守護民主平台會長、中原大學經濟法律系副教授徐偉群直言，藍營偷渡服貿協議在先，綠營也沒提具體政策，辯論只是政治人物的選秀表演，要求政府應先公開資訊，聯盟也將會每週提至少三個問題，請政府和朝野政黨回應。
民主陣線召集人、律師賴中強指出，在沒有相關聽證程序和完整產業衝擊影響評估報告下，兩黨主席不能代表所有人民聲音。立院應先制定兩岸協議簽訂與監督條例、經貿自由化衝擊影響評估與救濟法，將服貿的民主監督法制化。
民主陣線本週的三個問題，包括「兩岸協議會不會自動生效」、「如何解決因服貿造成的失業配套」，以及「中資銀行可能取得國人信貸資料」。
賴中強憂心，檢視之前江陳會簽署的協議，只有兩項經過立法院審查，其他都由行政部門直接宣布生效。「如果這次也自動生效，那辯論有何用？」
民進黨發言人林俊憲表示，有些人擔心服貿協議的辯論，會使服貿協議的爭議失焦，但透過辯論可吸引國人對問題的注意，藉此凝聚民意，讓台灣社會關注服貿協議簽署黑箱作業等問題。
前民進黨主席蔡英文昨出席活動，被詢及馬不接受她提議召開國是會議，卻邀蘇貞昌辯論，是不是在分化民進黨？蔡英文說：「我不是政治分析師，不要問我。」被問到辯論時會不會到場替蘇貞昌加油？蔡英文說：「看情況。」媒體問她會不會給蘇什麼建議？蔡說，當年的幕僚還在，都在協助蘇貞昌。
對於服貿議題，馬英九總統昨接見中華民國農會、中華民國全國漁會理監事暨總幹事時表示，服貿協議中有政府把關條款，不會讓農民吃虧。

| 洪芸鈴憶往 父靠舌下錠救命

含淚向徐總致意
〔自由時報記者倪婉君／台北報導〕父親洪瑞河也有心臟病史，兄弟象領隊洪芸鈴昨天含淚向「徐總」徐生明致意，「可能老天爺看徐總太辛苦了。」
台北昨天下起大雨，原訂在新莊交手的象隊和Lamigo桃猿，專程在下午2、3點時先前往徐總靈堂致意，只是新莊賽事隨後因雨宣布取消。
除了正值父喪的「草總」謝長亨、日前率先致哀的「恰恰」彭政閔，象隊全體教練團和球員在洪芸鈴帶領下，神情肅穆地行禮致意。
步出靈堂，洪芸鈴忍不住拭淚，「徐總走了，真的很可惜，他壓力太大了。」也語重心長地說，「我真的要奉勸5、60歲的長者，可以隨身準備舌下錠（讓血管擴張的藥物）。」
因為在7年前，舌下錠就曾救了洪瑞河一命。2006年3月中旬，洪瑞河固定前往龍潭兄弟球場和員工打棒球時，也曾突然心肌梗塞，在前往醫院的一個多小時車程中，他連吞3顆舌下錠，後來跟媒體透露，「這條命等於是在鬼門關前撿回來。」
洪芸鈴表示，父親後來在心臟裝上支架，半年後仍覺不適，就入院再裝塗藥支架，「我爸的血管組織本來就比較容易阻塞，現在他都在鑰匙包裡放舌下錠，小小一瓶。」
9月9日公祭 送別徐總
徐總公祭訂於9月9日下午2點半，於台北市第二殯儀館舉行，洪瑞河也將親身到場。猿隊昨天也在領隊劉玠廷率領下到場致意。
義大犀牛創辦人林義守已囑咐球團成立治喪委員會，邀請教育部長蔣偉寧擔任主任委員、立法院長王金平擔任名譽主任委員，四球團董事長則分任副主任委員，各隊領隊則為委員。
林義守9月8日出國返台後立刻前往上香弔唁，但隔天因須參加2013亞太城市高峰會，不克前往公祭。
