針對敘利亞政府同意聯合國化武專家進入戰區調查，美國華府25日表示，敘國政府遲來的回應已「不具公信力」。美國、法國、英國與德國都表示，阿薩德政權在上週使用化武幾乎無庸置疑，出兵敘利亞已成回應敘國政府行為的選項之一。俄羅斯則提出警告，美國單方面出兵將會是一個嚴重的錯誤，而一切行為都應先得到聯合國的同意。

敘利亞政府在25日表示，將允許聯合國化武專家進入戰區，調查化武是否遭到使用。但華府表示，敘國政府遲來的回應已「不具公信力」，而且美國幾乎已經可以確定，敘利亞政府在上週使用化武殺害無辜百姓。

一位不具名的美官員指出，假若敘國政府真想證明沒有使用化武，應該在5天前就允許聯合國化武專家進入戰區調查。他進一步表示，阿薩德政權近日的持續轟炸及其它的「蓄意行為」，想必湮滅了化武的使用證據。

歐巴馬25日召開國安會議，與國家安全幕僚商議因應之道，美海軍也已逐漸向敘利亞逼近，各種跡象顯示，美軍出兵敘利亞已成美國回應敘國最新情勢的選項之一。美國一位參議員透露，歐巴馬可能將於下月國會召開時，請求授權使用兵力。

法國總統歐蘭德25日與歐巴馬通電後表示，所有證據都指向阿薩德政權在上週三使用化武，法國政府發表聲明表示：「美國與法國總統同意保持密切聯繫，為此前所未有的攻擊行為研擬出共同回應。」

英國首相卡麥隆與德國總理梅克爾也相信，對於上週的化武使用，阿薩德政權是背後元兇幾乎可以不用懷疑。卡麥隆辦公室表示：「國際社會有必要對這種攻擊行為採取堅定回應。」歐蘭德辦公室則聲明表示：「絕對要給予嚴厲的制裁。」

然而俄羅斯方面則於25日向美國提出警告，不要再重蹈過去出兵伊拉克的覆撤，單方面的出兵將破壞中東的和平與穩定。俄國外交部舉美國小布希總統在2003年，以伊拉克擁有大規模殺傷性武器為由，推翻海珊政權卻沒有發現相關武器的錯誤。俄國外交部強調，美國不應做出任何有違國際公法的行為。

俄國外交部表示：「任何未經聯合國同意的單方面軍事行動將導致敘利亞緊張情勢的進一步升高，且將以最嚴重的方式影響中東目前的動盪局面。」

【郭寶懃／台北報導】北市地政局今日公布今年5月標準住宅總價分析，大樓總價1565萬元為最高，其次住宅為1368萬元，最低是公寓為1296萬元。在4個次分區的部份，大安信義中正區總價2044萬元為全市最高，其次士林內湖大同區1372萬元，其餘中山松山南港區1224萬元，最低總價是萬華文山北投區為1079萬元。
 
4個次分區住宅價格指數以中山松山南港區114.07為最高，受重大建設所帶動；另外萬華文山北投區103.97相對較低，因為此次分區交易價格較穩定。而指數變動率最大的是大安信義中正區，價格指數為109.65，比4月105.51漲3.92%。
