台灣高等法院今天開庭審理桃園縣育達高中女老師遭殺害棄屍案，黃姓凶嫌出庭表示，原想叫救護車，但害怕案情曝光才作罷。

22歲黃姓男子被控因經濟困窘，去年5月間，趁34歲林姓女老師返回桃園市大有路租屋處時意圖強盜財物，在電梯內勒住對方頸部，事後將對方丟棄在電梯旁的消防水池內，造成女老師氣絕身亡。

桃園地方法院今年6月依強盜而故意殺人罪，判處黃男死刑、褫奪公權終身，全案上訴高院審理中。

被提訊出庭的黃男坦承強盜犯行，但並非是故意殺害被害人，他說，將被害人丟入水池內之前，並不知道裡面有水，是丟入後聽到水聲，拿手機燈光照射才知道。

法官反問「水池內沒水，會有什麼？」，一邊皺眉一邊看似回憶案情的黃男表示，他把被害人丟入水池後，有想叫救護車的念頭，但因當時適逢下班時間，出入人多，他恐案情曝光，一時慌張才蓋上鐵蓋離去。庭訊結束，法官諭知全案於9月繼續開庭，黃男還押。

這幾天看報紙報導，門市還是有消費者上門，但也有退費的...
業者屬於廣告不實，但我想...加人工香精，也不是甚麼罪大惡極
現在只是業者廣告不實，才造成比較大的風波

如果是一般小店，沒有宣傳純天然，也沒說自己有加香精
民眾愛吃麵包的還是照吃阿...

就像喝酒抽菸，會導致癌症...還不是一堆人抽菸喝酒...哈...
