美國網站戰略之頁報導，經過改革開放後的經濟快速發展，中共解放軍基礎體質出現很大轉變，現在多數低階軍官與士兵的通病是超重、近視，以及一胎化下被寵壞的脾氣。

報導稱，大陸軍方積極提高軍官和專業人員水準，因此過去幾年特別著力吸引大學生參軍。然而，讓人灰心的是，至少60%的志願役人員的體能狀況未達標準，最常見的是超重或視力差。

應對此一狀況，解放軍2008年與2011年兩度降低招募標準，但是大多數應徵者依然不符合服役標準。

報導指出，雖然現在多數士兵都受過更高教育也更有經驗，基本來自都會區，但大多數都是獨生子女，雖然具備更多技能，如電腦操作、駕駛，以及快速學習力，但這些青年通常被慣壞了，必須花時間扭轉「小皇帝」劣習。

專家認為，體能不佳歸咎於電子遊戲盛行與民間風氣重文輕武（運動），個性問題則來自一胎化計劃生育政策。

報導稱，體型體能的變化，來自過去30年間中產階級的興起，年輕人進入大學後，偏好高熱量的西方飲食和低體力活動的西方生活方式。但1980年代以前的中國軍人，稍胖者通常是上了年紀或者官階非常高者。

報導認為，解放軍雖然已經透過種種改革吸引到更多大學生，但能夠進到頂級大學、或名校畢業生仍不為所動，但這些族群才是解放軍未來真正需要的骨幹。

因為已經過了很久了，突然想起來片斷的內容，印象中好像很好看。

內容大約是，男主角被(還是冷凍)製造出來之後，中間有遇到一個怪博士幫他用病毒改造身體，還在個村子(小鎮??)撿到一隻不知道是狗還是狼的超強妖怪。

男主角，性格冷酷，沒有基本常識，但是，作戰能力相當強悍。

以上，我只記得這樣，煩請神人大大有印像這本書的，可以幫我找找，我自己憑映像只找到一本叫［兵人］的小說，看著看個沒看到狗或是狼，也沒怪博士改造主角0.0

【張麗娜／台北報導】繼新北市、宜蘭縣提出「阻擋核四填裝燃料棒試運轉」公投提案後，前副總統呂秀蓮今表示，台北市也預計在9月份提案，希望趕在立法院開議前提出，因為希望在立法院推動逃命圈公投就好，不需要勞動全國公投，只要在核四廠50公里範圍之內，也就是北、北、基、宜四縣市出來公投即可。

為推動反核公投，呂近日積極走訪基層，遭質疑是為台北市長選舉佈局。呂下午出席台北市士林區福中里「台北‧安全嗎？」被問及參選台北市長的可能性？呂說，「這跟我無關，我的目的就是要大家懂得核災的可怕。」

呂說，反核與每個人都有關，不管有錢、沒錢，不管國民黨、民進黨，這跟每個人的身家性命、財產及後代子孫都有關，「若核災發生20年後，下一代生出來的小孩長什麼樣子？不知道，這個風險太大」。她說，如果只是上層的人在那裡宣傳，一般基層都不了解的話，反核不容易推動，她也認為全國性反核公投很不可靠，因此她下定決心先拜訪里長，有機會有時間就到處現身說法。呂也說，預計9月份台北市就要提案，所以一個縣、一個縣，一個里、一個里宣傳。

媒體追問若支持者希望妳出來選台北市長？呂說：「我看民進黨人才很多嘛，我們看主席怎麼裁量再說。」

歐洲股市周五上漲。數據證實德國與英國經濟持續復甦，且歐元區消費者信心高於預期，為股市利多。

歐洲Stoxx 600指數上漲0.4%，收於304.71。周四，該指數創下三周來最大單日漲幅。

然而，本周大多時間，該指數均下跌，本周收低0.5%。投資人擔憂美國縮減購債計劃，為利空。

個股走勢中，FLSmidth (DK:FLS)上漲9.8%，該工程集團公布第二季獲利下降，將裁員1000人。

Croda International (UK:CRDA)收高4.3%。德意志銀行將該化學廠股票評等，由觀望調高至買進。

歐元區8月消費者信心上升至-15.6，分析師預估為-16.7，7月為-17.4。

在德國，周五的數據顯示，德國第二季經濟成長0.7%，證實了上周官方的估計。

英國第二季國內生產毛額(GDP)成長0.7%，高於預估的成長0.6%。
