素食者會不會有『維生素B12』缺乏的危險 ❁

素食者缺乏B12是最常被營養師關切的健康問題, B12 長期的缺乏可能導致神經方面的疾病, 甚至於可能會產生失明的問題, 所以素食者一般都會建議吃維他命B12 補充品 

不過, 維他命B12 近年來被發現還可能扮演與心臟疾病預防有關的角色 , 因為一種半同胱氨酸酸 ( homocysteine) 被發現與心臟病有關, 心臟病人的homocysteine 通常都比較高

研究發現, homocysteine 可以被 攝取維他命B群所降低, 長期攝取充足的B6,B12 和葉酸者的homocysteine會降低, 不過這種降低的現象會不會隨之降低心血管疾病的機會, 仍然是有待更多的研究所證實

一般來說, 素食者體內的膽固醇是比較正常的, 長期吃素者雖然膽固醇正常, 心臟病的危險因子也少了一個, 但是, 卻可能因為B12 的缺乏而導致homocysteine 的上昇, 對於心臟病可能又多了一個危險因子, 兩者間如何取得均衡, 也是有待觀察

根據2000年五月的Annals of Nutrition & Metabolism 期刊的一篇捷克研究, B12缺乏普遍地發生在素食者的身上, 在一般肉食者不太容易發現, 而homocysteine的提高也同時發生在 29%的素食者身上, 一般人卻只有 5%, 可以見到 homocysteine的提高的確是比較普遍發生素食者身上的, 會不會因此增加心臟病危險, 有待觀察

1997年春天的一個傍晚，當時我還是澳洲國立大學的一名心理健康研究員，我和我的妻子貝蒂·基齊納（Betty Kitchener，她是一位護士，業餘時間在紅十字會教急救課程）討論常規急救訓練不足的問題。這些課程通常都忽略心理健康緊急狀況，參與者很難幫助陷於自殺念頭、無端恐懼、創傷後壓力、酒精和藥物濫用，以及深感無力抓住現實而難以自拔的人。

貝蒂擁有關於缺少這些知識的潛在後果的第一手經驗。她15歲時曾經歷過嚴重抑鬱，最嚴重時曾嘗試過自殺。但她的家庭和老師沒有發現問題，因此她也沒有獲得支持和專業幫助。早期治療不力影響了她的恢復，她這一輩子都在經歷間歇性抑鬱。

為了幫助更多人不要遭遇貝蒂這樣的無助，我們致力於在當地社區建立心理健康緊急救助培訓課程。三年後，貝蒂辭去工作，專心發展心理健康緊急救助培訓，我們終於可以發布課程了。

這一項目的好處很快顯現出來，評估研究表明，參與者變得更能接受心理疾病對健康的影響，對他們幫助他人更有信心，並且隨時準備著在完成課程後把所學知識應用到實際中。這些積極成果刺激了本課程的擴大。 2005年，本課程在澳洲全國、蘇格蘭和香港開設，並在此後擴大到另外20多個國家。光是在澳洲就有超過20萬人（超過人口的1%）接受這一培訓。

如此快速成長並不令人奇怪，因為心理健康問題是全球性的。在澳洲，每年大約每五個成年人中就有一位被確診的心理健康問題影響，但他們中有很多人得不到專業幫助。其他先進國家的數據也差不多。這意味著你要嘛受到了心理健康問題的影響，要嘛和某位這樣的人關係密切。事實上，每個人都與某位有自殺傾向的人關係密切，區別只在於他是否知道這一點。

標題[請益] 新手問，機殼風扇的電源供應要全裝嗎?pin

新手組裝問題，我的機殼是T28捍衛者，內建三個風扇(2前1後)， 每個風扇的電源線，各有2個大4pin和1個小3pin， [所以3個風扇共有6個4pin.3個3pin] (1)請問需要全裝嗎？(我的想法是各風扇選擇一種裝就好，不知道對不對？) (2)另外，我的主機板上有一個sys pin的接腳(4針)，請問是否三個風扇隨便一個都可以 接上使用呢？(似乎要用小3pin去接？選擇其中三個針接就可以？) 問題很新手，麻煩指教了.. 謝謝>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.254.222.25 ※ 編輯: wintrylove 來自: 111.254.222.25 (08/21 20:19)

之前週年慶買了倩碧的眼霜（膚色，非滾珠 用了一陣子效果還不錯 之前出遠門搞丟了 所以停用了一陣子 上禮拜發現他又開始擦了 但大概用了3天 眼頭下方突然出現一小顆突起 原以為是太滋潤長痘痘 但我觀察2天…不是痘痘啊！很像息肉 可以請問大家有出現這樣的情況過嗎？ 不會痛！眼霜也停用4天了也沒有消 他會自己消失嗎… （用量都和之前一樣，也還在保存期內） -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 221.120.68.187

【王玉樹／台北報導】下周油價將創半年來新高！由於歐陸經濟數據表現亮眼，本周中東指標原油均價走升到每桶108.19美元，依據浮動油價機制，推估中油下周一將調高汽柴油價每公升0.2元。調漲後95無鉛汽油每公升新價將衝到35.5元，創下近半年來最高價。這也是油價2連漲，2個月來第6漲。
