【綜合報導】美國成人電影協會今日表示，由於有一名女演員在進行HIV檢驗時，呈現陽性反應，因此所有的A片拍攝全部暫停，直到相關檢驗報告全部出爐為止。

目前疑似感染愛滋的演員身分並未公布，但有消息指出是一名剛入行的AV女優。目前衛生單位正在對她的性伴侶進行HIV檢驗，成人電影公會表示，會等到所有檢驗報告出爐，確定沒有愛滋傳染疑慮，才會恢復A片拍攝。

（軍聞社記者林宜慶臺北廿一日電）國防部今日表示，因應「潭美颱風」帶來豪大雨對臺灣部份地區造成的影響，國軍配合花蓮、宜蘭、苗栗縣政府，協助執行鄉民撤離作業，共計撤離1,332人。

　國防部指出，國軍今日待命兵力計5萬2千餘人，派遣至各縣市連絡官計359員，截至晚間2100時，累計派遣兵力774人次、各式車輛67輛次，協助鄉民撤離1,332人、沙包裝填堆置10,190包。

　國防部進一步表示，國軍將賡續配合地方政府全力協助「潭美颱風」災援工作，確保民眾生命財產安全。

【綜合報導】美國加州一名曾在高中任職的31歲特教老師海珊(Summer Michelle Hansen)，在今年6月被控對多名未滿18歲的少年性騷擾，昨日該案開庭審理，海珊承認性侵5名少年，還把教室當賓館使用。

海珊指出，自己確實性侵5名少年，除了口交，還在自己所屬的教室內與男學生發生性關係。海珊也承認，她寄裸照給另一名男學生，而做愛地點也非常「多元」，包括停車場，以及校內其他公共空間和設施。

目前全案仍在審理中，但外界預料檢察官將對海珊求處13年有期徒刑。
