意大利的Credem銀行，從外觀看上去，和一般的銀行沒有任何兩樣：高級的辦公大樓、發亮的玻璃帷幕，一切看起來都相當正常。但這家銀行不一樣的地方，就在他獨特的「黃金」借貸方式。而這種「黃金」，不僅可以當作貸款抵押品，可以保值抗跌，價格也不會因美國量化寬鬆退場而跌跌不休，甚至可以吃下肚！到底是什麼東西這麼神奇？答案就是意大利的帕馬森乾酪（Parmigiano Reggiano）。

走進Credem銀行樓下，映入眼簾的是巨大的地窖，一陣強烈、嗆鼻的乳酪味撲鼻而來，往前一看，地窖裡一磚一磚排放整齊、黃澄澄的物體，乍看之下就像是一塊塊的黃金。但其實，這是意大利上等的陳年的帕馬森乾酪，數量高達43萬磚之多！而這些乾酪，價值相當於1.9億歐元。

《CNN》報導，在意大利的艾米里亞-羅馬涅區（Emilia-Romagna），除了可以用金條、寶石向銀行貸款之外，還可以使用傳統的帕馬森乾酪作為抵押品，而這種協助農村經濟發展的借貸方式，可以追溯到中世紀。

簡單來說，銀行向當地酪農收取高級的帕馬森乾酪作為抵押品，並提供低息貸款。利率則要視乾酪的品質而定，一般約在3%至5%之間；此外，銀行也會特別向酪農收取一筆存倉費，確保乾酪可以在溼度、溫度皆合適的環境下，順利發酵完成。舉例來說，若一磚重達39公斤的帕馬森乾酪值300歐元，那一年生產7000磚帕馬森乾酪的酪農，則會拿出2000磚作為抵押用，相當於60萬歐元，而銀行通常會放給酪農六到七成的貸款，也就是42萬歐元左右。

一般來說，帕馬森乾酪發酵成熟的時間足足需要2年，在全球經濟不景氣的狀況下，這種以乾酪抵押借款的方法，讓酪農可以在等待乾酪熟成的期間，仍有足夠的資金餵養牛羊、購買新鮮牛乳、支付員工薪資等等。萬一酪農真的無法還款，那銀行就有權利把存放的乾酪賣掉。

看似簡單的乾酪貸款，在二次世界大戰時順利協助酪農渡過難關，帕帕馬森乾酪聯合會(Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese Consortium)發言人莫里尼(Igninio Morini)也表示，在緊要關頭，這個制度幫助了酪農。

Credem銀行悉心照料每一磚乾酪，把他們當成實體黃金來對待。銀行會定期替乾酪清潔、翻轉、敲打並檢驗軟硬度，甚至會安排專家定期測試乾酪的味道。一名專業乾酪測試家表示，每一磚乾酪都要通過定期最嚴格的檢測標準，不然品質就很可能下降，這樣價值就和一般意大利起士沒有兩樣了。

對於自從1925年起就從事帕馬森乾酪生產的意大利卡洛地家族( the Caretti Family)來說，乾酪貸款讓這項古老的技藝可以持續傳承下去，也讓他們有資金可以從事這項熱愛的事業。如今，卡洛地家族透過銀行的資助，興建了自己的乾酪地窖，但他們仍然繼續使用銀行較大的地窖來存放。

目前卡洛地家族一天可以產出32磚帕馬森乾酪，一年的產量可高達12000磚。雖然乾酪貸款對於銀行來說，佔的業務比例僅只有1%，但是這卻是酪農賴以維生的命脈，也創造了意大利銀行和其他銀行與眾不同的一面。

【綜合報導】陳怡蓉近來和導演于中中傳出緋聞，兩人甚至常在拍戲現場打情罵俏，但這一切看來只是煙霧彈，最新消息傳出，陳怡蓉已有新的交往對象，對方是身價上億元的科技公司執行長王凱偉（Kai）。

據今天出刊《壹電視》報導，現年38歲的黃凱偉，是「EzMoBo創易通科技」執行長，兩人會認識是因為陳怡蓉的妹妹陳怡伶與黃凱偉是舊識，陳怡伶與未婚夫常找黃凱偉聚餐，也找來陳怡蓉陪吃，就這樣兩人越走越近，雖然目前兩人僅交往1個月，卻是以結婚為前交往，讓友人都樂觀其成。

對此陳怡蓉透過經紀人說：「沒有交往，只是朋友。」而黃凱偉則強調：「只是朋友，我和她妹妹、妹夫比較熟。」被問到對於和陳怡蓉的未來發展，他說：「就順其自然吧。」
