演繹法是循著規則而走, 而歸納法是將所觀察到的事物歸列出一個規則.
而歸納法又會牽扯到強弱涵蘊, 也就是不太可能會有絕對的情況.
如此一來, 演繹法是否也有很大的可能會推理錯誤?

一個人在緊張的時候, 手會交叉放胸前, 可推論出,
：Ａ的手是交叉放胸前的→Ａ是緊張的→Ａ很可能會有嫌疑.

但第一項"Ａ的手是交叉放胸前的"是來自於歸納法,
經過觀察, 人們發現人緊張時手會有此動作,
這種結論通常不是百分之百正確. 也就是說, 這個規則本身有漏洞.

所以我想問的是,

Ａ：在現實生活中使用演繹法推理時, 常常用到的規則都是有漏洞的, 如此一來, 要增強你的演繹法, 首先得先把歸納法做好, 讓結論的正確性高一點, 演繹時才不容易出錯.

或者
Ｂ：在進行演繹法時, 其規則與邏輯一定得是正確無誤的, 如果有著不可能, 就不能算是成功的演繹法?

【綜合報導】 埃及軍方血洗開羅，強力鎮壓支持前總統莫西(Mohammed Morsi)群眾，經過幾天殺戮終於稍微緩和，但今天(19日)又傳出前總統、強人穆巴拉克(Hosni Mubarak)可能在這兩天獲釋的消息，雖然未經官方證實，但若成真，恐怕緊張局勢又再升溫。

軍事統治埃及達30年，後涉嫌在兩年前的大示威浪潮中殺害900名示威者的穆巴拉克，今年1月推翻終身監禁判決後，因等待重審和另一起涉嫌貪污案仍被收押中。今天傳出有司法官員表示，當局拘禁穆巴拉克在獄中已經超過兩年，而貪污案仍沒有最後裁決，已超出法律規定的拘禁期，沒理由繼續拘禁他。穆巴拉克在其中一宗貪污案獲判有條件釋放，但因仍有一項控罪而繼續羈押。
