【綜合報導】帶小朋友去噴水池玩要小心！中國山東濰坊一名8歲男童，前天(14日)晚間和家人到市中心廣場的噴水池玩水消暑，結果男童被水柱頂穿直腸，送院進行手術後，目前雖無生命危險，但仍處於昏迷狀態。

目擊者指出，當晚廣場在噴水池噴水前，有廣播呼籲民眾小心，注意躲避水柱。但事發時仍有幾個男童頂着水的壓力站在水柱上，其中有個身着迷彩短褲的男孩被頂得摔倒在地上。

周圍的民眾隨即幫忙尋找家長，並打電話叫救護車將男童送院。事發後廣場噴水池仍照舊噴水。

【劉志原／台北報導】聯電榮譽副董事長宣明智，因認為名媛李珍妮的8歲女兒非他骨肉，向台北地院家事法庭提起卻認親子關係不存在之訴，法院下午2時20分開庭審理，宣明智僅委油綠師代表出庭，但李珍妮與女兒都未出庭，也未委任律師出庭。

宣明智的律師表示，宣明智會提出卻認親子關係不存在的告訴，是因已掌握相關證據，但他不希望過度渲染此事，因為不希望對李珍妮的8歲女兒造成影響。
