【綜合報導】美國中部和東部地區一周來暴雨肆虐，導致多地洪水泛濫，科羅拉多州爆發山洪和泥石流，目前已經導致3人死亡，3人失蹤，至少3人受傷。

美國中部多州5日開始降下滂沱大雨，引發嚴重水災，大量房屋建築毀損，多條州際公路被迫關閉，搜救人員在齊腰深的水中協助居民轉移。進入緊急狀態的密蘇里州，7日徹夜降下254公厘雨量，一名60歲婦女駕車經過一座橋時被暴漲的河水連人帶車沖走而喪生。此外，一名4歲男童與母親也被大水沖走，男童的遺體最終在捲入水中的車中發現，當局出動大批警力和搜救犬，至今仍未找到他的母親。

位於科羅拉多州斯普林斯以西的小鎮曼尼圖9日突發山洪和泥石流，流速每小時30公里、高達3公尺的洪水摧毀了多處房屋，並將道路淹沒。一名53歲男子的屍體掩埋在一堆廢墟中，警方懷疑他在逃離時被暴漲的洪水淹死，至少有3人在水災中受傷送醫。曼尼圖地區由於去年遭受科州史上最大致命山火侵襲，燒焦的土壤無法吸收更多水分，使得該地區極易發生山洪和泥石流，奧克拉荷馬州、堪薩斯州、阿肯色州、密蘇里州以及南卡羅來納州，當地政府也由於河水漲至危險水位而發出洪水警報。

美國國家氣象局警告，儘管本周末科州的降雨可能會減弱，但未來48小時內，田納西河谷可能迎來風暴。密蘇里州和堪薩斯州的暴雨預計會持續到本周末，沿加斯科內德河的水位可能會高達創紀錄的水平。

【戴安瑋／台北報導】遊戲王世界大賽總決賽今凌晨於美國拉斯維加斯舉辦，計有15個國家、26名選手參賽。來自台灣的24歲選手黃新恩經歷2天的激烈對戰後，終於擊敗14國好手，奪下世界冠軍，成為台灣之光。他也因此獲得150萬元日幣，折合新台幣46萬5270元獎金。

代理遊戲王卡片的巨崗洋行說，遊戲王世界大賽已舉辦15年，今年有15個國家、26位選手參賽，24歲、從事保險業的黃新恩，先從台灣3千多位遊戲王玩家中脫穎而出，代表參賽，並成為台灣首度拿下遊戲王國際賽的總冠軍。

24歲、從事保險業的黃新恩，從高二開始玩遊戲王卡片遊戲，即愛上這個遊戲，上周四從台灣出發赴美比賽，第1天預賽因時差自覺表現不佳，但今總決賽全力以赴，最後擊敗美國選手獲得冠軍。

和碩(4938)今(12)日舉辦法說會，會中執行長程建中表示，即便目前產業變動快速，不確定因素也相當多，仍樂觀看待和碩下半年的旺季效應。程建中表示，下半年整體出貨量會提昇，毛利也會改善，其中，特別是消費電子(Consumer)產品以及通訊(Communication)產品，預料下半年營運將優於上半年。

程建中說明，針對下半年的營運，仍樂觀看待。其中，筆電業務上下半年出貨約持平，不過非資訊產品(通訊以及消費性電子產品)下半年將比上半年好許多。他強調：「今年第三季相當樂觀，不過筆電相對較弱；而整體上下半年營收45：55。」相較於今年5月釋出的40：60轉趨保守。

法人除關切蘋果持續增加供應商以分散風險，是否導致和碩下半年訂單流失外，也重視和碩下半年在各客戶的策略與產品組合上，能否替公司帶來不錯的成長動能？程建中說明，下半年出貨量會提昇，毛利也會改善，其中特別是消費電子產品以及通訊產品；預料下半年營運將優於上半年。不過，並不針對特定產品與客戶做相關評論。就內部產品規劃來說，一切都按照年初規劃進行中，仍樂觀看待之後的旺季。

另外，法人詢問和碩在智慧手機市場的布局，程建中回應：「就我來看，手機市場仍有很大的潛力，不過，究竟市場會往哪裡走，我也不是專家，無法斷言。但我相信，在手機市場能夠成功的關鍵，絕非只是尺寸大小或是任何單一因素，它牽涉了整體功能、使用方便性、產品是否吸引人以及與電信商的搭配等都有關係，因此，這些因素都一併考量進去，才能夠在智慧手機市場中完整布局並獲得成功。」

【綜合報導】廣西柳州一名36歲劉姓女子，好不容易在朋友的介紹下，認識了一名比自己大1歲的陳姓單身男子，還一見傾心，可惜她多次邀約對方吃飯均被拒絕。

求愛不遂的她，5日晚再次致電陳男約吃飯，不料又被拒絕，她忍不住跑到陳男家中。陳男無奈報警，向警方大呼：「救命啊，有人要逼我談戀愛，現在把我家的電閘都拉下來了！」

警方於當晚11時接報後到場，看到劉女守在陳家門外。當警員表明身份，要求陳男開門後，劉女竟無視警員阻攔，激動地衝進陳男家中，坐在床上賴着不走，還對警員訴苦說：「我都36歲了，經不起折騰了，想和他談戀愛就那麼難嗎？」經警方開導後，劉女保證以後不再糾纏陳男，鬧劇才告平息。

Before+After的圖文網誌版: http://vasary.pixnet.net/blog/post/28649416 之前參與過體驗還不錯，剛好前一陣子有作特價就再度入手~ 不過這波特價似乎是限色，因為除了我買的這個55號，沒有更淺的顏色了 (夏天我都想盡可能的在不要漂的前提下，有多淺染多淺...) REVLON露華濃，COLORSILK霓采護髮染髮乳，兩劑式，分別為59.1ML，定價219 全色系目前14色，這次使用的是55號淺棕紅色，特價186， 還送一瓶同牌的top speed指甲油 當時購買的戰利圖存檔~ 指甲油是蠻快乾的，可惜這顏色於我整個是"東南亞時尚fu" (汗) 這款染髮劑對我來說最大的兩個誘因 1.白髮的遮蓋度很強 我頭髮很難過色，黑的很黑白的很白，雖然比較實際的方式是黑髮染， 但因為我髮質偏粗硬，個人是非常不喜歡全頭黑髮的沉重fu... 所以既要講究彩度，又想白髮全蓋，在挑染劑這部份就是得花錢作功課的尋尋覓覓了 之前體驗的時候實測霓采這款的極限值大概兩個月 (以我頭髮的生長速度...這算很威猛 我是那種每個月都要固定剪頭髮的人...) 2.無怪味 鼻子難搞時期，對什麼東西的味道都非常在意... 這款沒怪味，染完之後就算很認真聞，大概隔天也就完全無味了，可說是深得我心!! 另外附加的優點，比方說cp值高，以我的短髮大概買一盒都可以全頭用兩次， 就算用定價算，一次也才花一百多，本次購入的特價更是攤下來一次只要93塊!!!! 還有顏色選擇蠻多的(台灣目前出14色)，通路鋪得廣也很方便購買到... 分次的話因為這款ab劑都是獨立瓶裝，瓶子也都容易看到容量， 很輕鬆就可抓到一半用量，對我來說是極不費腦力的選擇 要說白髮全遮無怪味容易買... 這些日本的宣若cielo染劑 (參見:http://vasary.pixnet.net/blog/post/27720905)也都符合 但宣若的問題就是比較貴顏色比較少外加瓶身設計完全看不到用量， 我懶鬼不想染個頭還得一直算染劑用多少.... 直接對照圖了 染前全頭 看全頭可能覺得還好... 白髮特寫... 翻開就覺得很可怕了... 染後 我不了解光+攝影白痴 實際上染完之後看起來比原本紅，色階也更淡兩階，但照片看起來差別似乎不大 (汗) 所以看翻起來的特寫部份會比較準確吧 白髮都蓋掉，不過蓋的部份相對顏色就淡很多.. 籃網休賽期間和塞爾提克進行驚天動地的大交易，包括「真理」Paul Puerce、Kevin Garnett等近年綠軍主將都被交易至籃網，其中Pierce更是這個世代球迷眼中的綠衫軍代表人物，他的轉隊讓許多塞爾提克迷不勝唏噓。

Pierce在接受《波士頓先鋒報》採訪時表示，自己會離開塞爾提克有諸多因素，而主力後衛Rajon Rondo的受傷是其中很重要的原因，更可以說是導致這一切發生的源頭。

「Rajon在下季季初無法上場，而且無論他需要多久時間來康復，都會讓我們（塞爾提克）失去競爭力，大家都發現了這一點，這也讓雙方（籃網、塞爾提克）更容易做出決定。」

Rajon Rondo是在1月25日面對老鷹時不慎弄傷右膝，並在27日時確定右膝十字韌帶撕裂，必須進行手術導致全季報銷。

「這對我來說很難抗拒，我可以預見球隊會有什麼下場。身為一名球員，我是很自私的，我其實想讓個人和球隊都有好的結果。」

「真理」坦言：「但這一切還是得取決於球隊管理階層，我想要球隊引進好手來競爭冠軍，他們卻注重更遠的未來，這讓我們彼此劃清了界線。」 (接下一頁)
