我在大家眼中也算是個好好先生 脾氣算很好的人 但不知道為甚麼 我和女朋友相處 會因為一些小事生氣 那些事情如果發生在我跟其他人身上 我可能也不會生氣 甚至毫無感覺 為什麼會這樣 我跟其他人相處也不是故意壓抑脾氣 我都相處得很和善很溫和 半點想生氣的感覺都沒有 怎麼和女友相處脾氣反而變不好 是因為會比較在意嗎 所以看什麼事都看得很重? 大家會這樣嗎 有沒有方法可以改善 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.173.38.145

| 總統出訪 首過境紐約訪海地

（中央社記者卞金峰桃園機場11日電）總統馬英九下午展開賀誼專案，總統表示，此行過境美國紐約及洛杉磯，航程4萬2000公里，首訪海地及三聖，意義不同。
中華民國在南美洲唯一邦交國巴拉圭，8月15日將舉行新任總統副總統就職典禮，馬總統今天下午親率慶賀團前往巴國，祝賀新任總統卡提斯（Horacio Cartes）與副總統艾法拉（JuanAfara）就職。
包括總統府、國安會、外交部及桃園機場公司代表及外交團團長布吉納法索駐華大使沙瓦多哥、多位駐華使節代表等前來送機。
馬總統說，訪問團下午啟程前往巴拉圭、海地、聖露西亞、聖文森與聖克里斯多福及尼維斯等5個友邦訪問，這是他擔任中華民國總統任內首次訪問加勒比海友邦，其中，多明尼加曾2度往訪，另外第二度到南美洲巴拉圭訪問，此行去程將過境美國紐約，回程過境洛杉磯，預訂於8月22日下午返抵國門。
總統指出，這次出訪主要目的是參加卡提斯總統就職典禮，順道首次訪問海地、聖露西亞、聖文森與聖克里斯多福及尼維斯4個加勒比海友邦，海地從未有中華民國總統前往，這是有史以來首度訪問，跟他之前赴教廷一樣，雙方建交數十年來，但首度有中華民國總統訪問，意義不同。
馬總統說，他從5年前就任以來，在對外關係上推行「活路外交」政策，消極上，停止跟中國大陸在國際社會上的惡鬥，積極上，是繼續鞏固友邦的邦誼，提升跟邦交國的友好關係，身為總統，執行這個政策，找到機會就是要提升關係，鞏固邦誼。
馬總統還表示，實際上，23個邦交國關係相當穩定，無邦交國，如美國、日本、亞太、歐洲國家的關係繼續往前邁進，並獲得全球133個國家與地區的免簽證或落地簽證待遇，這是靠全體外交人員努力的結果，有效提升國際地位，讓國民出國有尊嚴、受尊重。
馬總統說，此行邀請相關行政首長同行外，還有邀請立法委員、企業界、學術界及媒體記者代表一同前往，希望大家能透過實地訪問，瞭解中華民國與友邦的各項合作計畫及交流執行情形，以及瞭解當地僑胞與台商實際情況。
馬總統指出，此行飛航里程加起來有4萬2000公里，雖然辛苦，但這是不可避免，但透過此行，提升與拉丁美洲及加勒比海地區友邦關係，讓中華民國在國際社會上可以「得道多助」。1020811

因為
協和民主跟傳統的英式西敏寺民主模式就是一條不一樣的路
跟西敏寺模式採取數人頭對抗 贏家通吃的特點相比
協和民主就是強調協商 還有每個人的意見都吸納一點進入政策
所以答案D "多數治理" 絕不會是協合民主的架構之一
多數治理也就是贏家通吃 是西敏寺模式的典型特徵
B和C都是典型的協和民主特徵 不多解釋
(相互否決權 = 保障少數權益不被亂剝奪; 比例原則=少數聲音也可進入政府)
至於A聽起來好像不是協和民主的架構
但其實所謂菁英聯盟是指各派系的領導者們在一起合作
好處在哪? 在這樣能夠避開民粹運作跟多數暴力

是因為
貴族朋黨吸收黨員時 第一先看出身血統 所以黨員資格就有嚴格限制
而現代政黨制度的優先原則就是 "政治理念一致" 家裡有沒有錢無所謂
D不對是因為政黨組織不見得嚴格 美國政黨組織就都滿鬆散的
C不對是因為貴族朋黨也會看意識形態 也有分開明或保守等
A不對是因為現代政黨跟貴族朋黨都會收黨費

【突發中心／新北報導】上月中強颱蘇力襲台前夕，全台正處於高度警戒狀態下，新北市1名年近八旬的老翁卻在家中看A片，看著看著一時慾火難耐，又撇見家門口樓上鄰居女童天真可愛的在騎樓玩耍，竟異想天開假意以家中有好看的卡通為由邀女童至家中共賞；女童滿心歡喜進到屋內，沒想到期待的卡通竟變成沒穿衣服的A片，此時一旁老翁色慾薰心竟大膽伸手摸了女童胸部和下體，嚇的女童大喊討厭並推開老翁奪門而出；心有餘悸的女童隔幾天告訴乾爹整件事才東窗事發，女童父親得知後氣的跑去找色翁理論，並堅持告上警局替女兒討回公道。

| 飆車族又來了 遮車牌亂鳴喇叭

【侯昌騰／高雄報導】今日清晨4時許，高雄街頭突然出現約30多部機車組成的飆車族，每輛機車都用膠帶及錫箔紙遮住車牌，飆車族一路從北高雄開始聚集，接著橫跨到南高雄狂飆，經過紅燈路口不但不停還硬闖，更誇張的是該群飆車族還故意行經數個派出所前，放緩速度齊鳴喇叭，向警方挑釁意味相當濃厚，警車發現也加入驅趕，但成效似乎有限，隨著天色亮起，飆車族則自動解散消失在街頭巷尾中。
