別人的衣服比較美、別人的工作比較好嗎？似乎現有的工作永遠無法盡情地揮灑滿腔熱血，好像永遠都有別的工作更有品質、更適性發展？也許你曾經這麼想過，但你也就像芸芸眾生一樣，只是躊躇著是否該換個更好的工作，畢竟拋棄舊有的職務，另謀出路可說需要非常大的勇氣！

員工跳槽並非新鮮事，平均每個人在職涯中至少轉換跑道一次，如果你不滿於現況，不必對換工作感到愧疚，人生是自己的，樂在工作才是職業生涯能長久穩定之道！但如果出現以下 5 個情境，那就勇敢的跳槽吧！

一、你被現有的工作制約了

對某些人而言，工作選擇並非一個發自內心認同的「選擇」，也許只是當初某個家裡長輩推薦的肥缺，或者是你具備從事某項工作的技能。但你並不想在接下來的 20 年，日復一日的「例行公事」。

如果既有工作不是你真心追求的，那麼該是考慮轉換的時候了，做性向測驗（如：愛德華個性偏好量表）評估你的人格與興趣將幫助了解自我，藉此定義適性工作。或是發掘已擁有之技能，或學習尚不足之技能，尋找能帶來滿足與喜悅之工作，來作為頭號目標。

二、伴隨人生變動產生之新氣象

某些人因為生活中產生重大變故，而帶來新的思維，也因此重新評估自我的選擇，這些變動不一定是婚姻或生兒育女，任何瑣碎的生活點滴也能發人省思。室友養了一條狗可能讓你想開一間寵物旅館、其他部門身材姣好的女員工可能讓人想調單位、甚至出國旅遊會啟發你派駐海外的念頭。

細細觀察這些能引發不同看法的生活瑣事，這些都是該換工作的小小預兆。

狂犬病疫情指揮中心指出，昨天（8月9日）共檢測47例樣材，其中13例鼬獾確診為狂犬病，分別來自台中市新社區一例、南投縣竹山鎮、仁愛鄉及魚池鄉各一例、雲林縣古坑鄉一例、嘉義縣番路鄉兩例、台南市龍崎區一例、高雄市六龜區及阿蓮區各一例、台東縣東河鄉、延平鄉及關山鎮各一例。

至昨天為止，指揮中心已檢測食肉目野生動物224例，共有75例鼬獾確診感染狂犬病，目前動物狂犬病案例發生地區為八縣市38鄉鎮，感染動物種類仍以鼬獾為主。
