到宜蘭進行自強活動的台灣戶外路跑協會因為食物中毒送醫的團員，有10人送往羅東聖母醫院，5人送到羅東博愛醫院，大部分都能自行下車，但是兩名陳姓、張姓女性難過到身體軟癱，必須利用輪椅、擔架推入急診室。

羅東博愛醫院外傷科主任林志銘指出，這兩名女性到院時，出現腹痛、腹瀉、噁心、嘔吐等症狀，院方給予症狀治療，同時施以點滴補充體內水分，以避免出現脫水，並讓他們在急診室內休息觀察，衛生局人員將排泄物檢體帶走送驗，其餘人症狀都已獲得改善陸續出院。

原本兩名食物中毒症狀嚴重的陳姓、張姓女性，經過羅東博愛醫院的症狀處置，雖然身體尚顯虛弱，但是上吐下瀉狀況已獲得舒緩，在家人陪同下，今天下午4點10分辦理出院，返回新北市住家療養。

【大紀元2013年08月11日訊】（新紀元週刊338期，記者王淨文報導）7月25日，中共當局正式宣布，前重慶市委書記、政治局委員薄熙來涉「貪污、受賄、濫用職權」三罪，檢方已向濟南市中院提起公訴。

如今關於薄熙來審判時是否認罪、北戴河會議是否會討論薄案、最後判決薄是死是活、薄瓜瓜是否被牽扯進來、谷開來、王立軍出庭作證將說什麼等一系列問題，在民間引起激烈討論，不過從中共局勢來看，人們是不會在公開審理薄案時看到核心問題的，薄熙來的真實罪行將被中共當局隱瞞。薄案重頭戲不在庭上，而是在案外。

7月25日官方在公訴薄熙來時，用了幾個「特別」和「巨大」，突顯薄案的嚴重性：薄「利用職務上的便利，為他人謀取利益，非法收受他人財物，數額特別巨大；貪污公款，數額巨大；濫用職權，致使國家和人民利益遭受重大損失，情節特別嚴重，依法應當以受賄罪、貪污罪、濫用職權罪追究刑事責任，並予以數罪並罰。」

就在官方宣布公訴的前一天，大陸地級市一民間綜合門戶網站稱，7月24日大陸媒體接到宣傳部網宣辦的電話，被告知，不得隨意報導薄熙來事件。於是25日人們看到，官媒和大陸網站紛紛發文「響應」，四大微博統一口徑，凡是異調的文章帖子馬上被刪除。

不過也有例外。就在官方主流媒體紛紛刊文為審薄熙來營造氛圍時，《北京日報》官方微博發出疑似為薄「鳴冤」帖文，後迅速被刪。《北京日報》官微稱：「龍游淺水遭蝦戲，虎落平陽被犬欺。」大陸媒體人文濤表示：「這條微博是為薄都督鼓譟吧。」另一青年作家、媒體人蔣方舟也稱該條微博是「給薄主子和宣傳主子唱詠嘆調。」很多同行都驚呼：「莫非《北京日報》想造反？」

《北京日報》社長梅寧華屬江派陣營人物，在2012年王立軍事件後曾與胡、習陣營唱對臺戲。早在2012年3月31日薄熙來被免職後，公開刊登過一篇題為〈我黨最高領導人何時稱「總書記」〉的文章評論稱：「『總書記』並非凌駕於中共的中央組織之上的最高機構，強調集體領導。」文章還稱，中共總書記實際是「處理中央日常事務的祕書長，聯絡黨內會議的召集人。」公開針對時任中共總書記的胡錦濤。

更有意思的是，中共喉舌新華網、人民網刊登評論文章，暗示薄熙來的最大罪在於「另立王國」犯路線錯誤，而此前被中共當局三緘其口的其核心罪狀之一「政變失敗」也被海外親共中文網站不斷拋出，瘋傳網路，暗藏殺機。

7月25日新華網發表題為〈薄熙來受審 令出一門方能不偏不倚〉的評論，開篇第一段就是：「報君黃金臺上意，提攜玉龍為君死。走過封建制，為君王一人之愚忠雖已成過去時，但維護中央政令統一，服從中央領導，為官者不生私念、不謀私利、不專私權，仍是巋然不動之時代主流。

因為不論是經濟建設、政治制度創新，還是社會繁榮發展，唯有令出一門，堅決擁護中央的決定，不畏退、不徬徨，方能不偏不倚。」這等於在說薄熙來的主要罪行不是貪腐，而是對中央不忠，不服從中央領導，薄犯下了謀反罪。

文章接著說：「中國的歷史經驗反覆證明，只有維護中央的權威才能保證國家的長治久安。中央對於任何一個地方的政策制定、人事更換，都是從整個國家的角度出發，都是以國家利益為前提的。」文章還把薄熙來比喻為秦始皇，功不能抵過，「一些地方主政官雖說曾是『封疆大吏』，曾在地方的經濟社會發展上起到了一定作用，但唯物史觀和實踐經驗告訴我們：人民群眾才是歷史的創造者。領導幹部當然能起作用，但不宜誇大，其作用的發揮，必須時刻以人民的利益為基點，不謀私利，方能長久屹立不倒。」
