菲海防隊：尊重調查結果 菲律賓國家調查局公布廣大興案調查結果，8名海岸防衛隊員面臨殺人罪名控告。海岸防衛隊發言人巴里羅（圖）9日表示，尊重調查結果，但也會依法捍衛同袍。中央社記者林行健馬尼拉傳真 102年8月9日

由於台灣漁船「廣大興28號」遭射擊事件，菲律賓8名海岸防衛隊隊員將面對殺人罪控告，海岸防衛隊表示，會尊重調查結果，也會全力捍衛同胞。
根據報導，菲律賓國家調查局7日公布廣大興案調查結果，認為射擊台灣漁船的海防隊對員不當使用致命武器，建議以殺人罪起訴8名涉案人員，由於其中4人試圖掩蓋此事實，並加控妨害司法罪名。官員透露，可能在下週就會向檢察官辦公室提告。
據報導，菲律賓海岸防衛隊發言人巴里羅(Armand Balilo)9日表示，我國調查局公佈調查結果之後，海岸防衛隊人員的心情與士氣相當低落，但會尊重國家調查局的調查結果，其中海防隊司令官承諾會全力支援涉案人員。
巴里羅說，海防隊將循司法程序捍衛8名同胞，事實上，已有兩所菲國知名大學的律師願為他們辯護。
菲律賓國家調查局報告指出，雖海防隊在追逐「廣大興28號」漁船時有先鳴笛和鳴槍，但以致命武器射擊無裝備的台灣漁船，有違接戰守則規定，因此，巴里羅回應海防隊將檢視接戰守則相關規定。
面臨被提告的8名海防隊人員目前禁足在未公開的地點，或許是在海岸防衛隊總部的營房，又或者是海岸防衛隊的船艦上。另外7名經調查後未開槍射擊的海岸防衛隊隊員和2名漁業署人員，將返回各自的崗位執勤。

【綜合報導】彰化縣從事空調風管的19歲游姓男子，前天跟父親到二林鎮一處工地施工，午休時他靠在牆上，左臀遭兩條裸露的220伏特電線電擊癱 軟，游父見狀要扶他也觸電，情急之下與其他工人一起將兒子拉離牆壁，但游男當場沒了心跳，游父緊急替兒子施行CPR（心肺復甦術），並送醫撿回一命，游男昨在病床上對爸爸說「父親節快樂」！游父說，CPR是在電視上學的，沒想到真的救了自己的兒子，這是父親節最好的禮物。

圖多網誌心得 http://www.wretch.cc/blog/kop291/17057092 (建議收看-3-) 以下純文字(直接複製網誌) 其實我是個很喜歡換設計師的人 版上有推薦過的如LEVIN-NICK-BEE等等的我都有嘗試過 但總沒有一個能讓我想要"再"回頭的 (不好意思我好像有點挑 冏) 唯一能讓我再回去的只有我國小同學 時尚空間-麵麵/Smantha (我絕對不是打廣告 我有乖乖付錢) (而且折扣很少) 讓我回頭的理由有 1.離家近(根本懶人心態啊啊) 2.好溝通(根本因為是國小同學啊) (不過他真的還蠻好溝通的啦 會適時的給予建議) 3.洗頭好蘇胡(我睡到流半滴口水) 4.效果很滿意 (會讓我看著鏡子覺得自己好勾錐變髮後 以下是各種不同角度及光線(我根本太閒)的照片喔 上面的樣子 側面 洗完頭 (連這個也來??!!) 已經洗頭後+戴安全帽+背風吹的陽光下 請注意音量，有搖滾樂 沒想到我還有影音檔可以分享 最閒的變髮文了吧XDDD 可以直接跳到0:08看頭髮的QQ度 根據之前的經驗 這顆頭應該可以撐個2個月 總之我不會再試圖留長髮了 太Q__Q了 有興趣的朋友 特別是剛好住南崁又懶得跑去其他地方剪的朋友 可以GOOGLE搜尋"時尚空間美髮沙龍" 應該第一個粉絲頁面就是了喔 大家晚安掰掰 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.70.248.239
