手機市場，雖然HTC股價下跌，但在台灣，還是最多人買的手機。 其他國家會算這手機好不好用，值不值得。 但台灣人對HTC，真的比較不會。 畢竟要支持國貨，但在國外，人家就沒有這樣的壓力。 既然在國外這麼慘，不如直接只賣國內，就像NEC和松下一樣。 他們不也不賣國外嗎? 外資不懂HTC的價值，臺灣人懂阿! 不如改專注台灣市場，專賣台灣人自己，放棄大虧損的國外市場比較好吧? 這樣說不定還能當當台灣龍頭。 不是嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.165.67.244

8月5日，CEVA在北京宣佈，推出數位視訊穩定器(digital video stabilizer，DVS)軟體模組，旨在減小智慧手機和平板電腦等移動終端拍攝視訊和圖片時產生的抖動，使視訊輸出穩定、清晰（見圖1）。

CEVA市場行銷副總裁Eran Briman強調：「這一基於DSP演算法的低功耗穩定器軟體，沒有硬體加速器，只針對採用CEVA-MM3101圖像和視覺IP平台的智慧手機和平板電腦等移動終端，也包括可穿戴式電子設備。」

該DVS有5個主要技術特點：

1. 4軸運動校正。包括上下、前後、左右，及圍繞Z軸的旋轉。

2. 卷簾快門（Rolling shutter）的校正，根據感測器校准校正強度，可消除「果凍效應」，即由於逐行掃描速度不夠，拍攝可能出現傾斜、搖擺不定或部分曝光的現象。

3. 功耗低。28nm製程下，在 CEVA-MM3101上運行DVS模組即時處理1080p 30fps的視訊流，功耗小於35mW。而目前市場上智慧手機中的DVS功耗高達1W。

4. 對於單核MM3101，可擴展到支援4K超高畫質視訊流。

5. 在任何光照，包括低照度和高亮度條件下，可以減少鏡頭左右轉動、縮放和旋轉時造成的抖動和偏移。
