八成美國大學生每周平均打工19小時

【綜合報導】一項最新的調查發現，美國80%的大學生從事兼職或全職工作，每周平均工作近20個小時賺錢，以應付日漸昂貴的大學學費。
 
由美國花旗集團和雜誌聯合進行的調查結果指出，包括社區大學、空中大學或是一般大學裡就讀的美國學生中，有近4/5的比例的大學生在學期間便已工作，不論兼職或全職，學生們每周平均工作的時間為19小時。
 
進行調查的機構負責人表示，很多美國大學生都經歷過2008年的經濟大蕭條，希望在大學畢業前就開始有自己的事業。父母支付學費的比例也下降，2010年父母為子女支付大學費用的比例為47%，2011年則降至37%。

調查顯示，八成的美國大學生畢業前便已開始工作，一周平均19小時。翻攝網路

也沒有動什麼,他自己就主動離開

農曆七夕前夕，一年一度的大稻埕煙火節在10日晚間8點30分登場，引進日本「情人雨」及各式各樣的煙火，長達20分鐘的時間欣賞6大煙火橋段，並邀請到市立交響樂團演奏改編「望春風」歌曲，讓民眾一邊聽音樂，一面賞煙火。

據報導，北市觀光傳播局規劃的6大煙火橋段先是忠孝橋長達720公尺的炫彩煙火瀑布，第2幕是芭蕾舞曲的旋律搭配彩色花束煙火，再來施放升尾煙火搭配民謠「望春風」曲調。此外還有各式各樣的幾何圖形及扇形等中、低空特效煙火交錯綻放，然後是由日本情人票選冠軍的「情人雨」煙火，下起黃金雨更顯磅礡，接著是在水中平台跳躍3吋大花束煙火，體驗立體視覺效果。

主辦單位表示不只現場水洩不通，附近至高點的大樓也擠滿民眾。這場煙火秀持續20分鐘，施放將近7000發的煙火，民眾看到煙火不時發出驚嘆聲，煙火結束後，30萬民眾才逐漸散場。

D25ccf15adf2885118080001fbc2d4b0 蘋果 iPhone 的供應鏈總是吸引人們去窺探，一部 iPhone 涉及數百個供應商，是全球經濟一體化的產物。在智慧手機市場，門面上的競爭包括營銷與管道，而供應鏈的管理、優化、效率則是幕後的競爭。

在我們之前的報導中，中國在蘋果亞洲供應系統中佔了約為50%的市佔率。同時在Financesonline繪製的一副蘋果供應鏈訊息圖表中顯示，一部iPhone中85%是在中國組裝，中國與iPhone的誕生密不可分。

最近蘋果將Mac調回美國組裝，於是有人猜測蘋果是否也會將iPhone放在美國組裝？答案幾乎是不可能的。中國製造的核心競爭力不僅限於廉價勞動力，而是關鍵零組件以及工廠強大的執行力。關鍵零組件包括中國控制的稀土，而在生產執行力上，可以強大到工廠還未與員工簽訂合同，便可讓幾萬名員工日夜加班生產，這在美國是不可能的。

同時由於蘋果iPhone 的熱銷，創造了大量有關硬體、軟體、製造的就業崗位。包括直接的與間接的，數量超過了百萬個。iPhone 不僅改變了消費者的生活，還改變了很多人的就業。

Financesonline用一張圖標描述了蘋果iPhone供應鏈的相關數據：

從組裝效率來看，中國工廠（比如富士康）招工極其容易，且數量龐大。只要稍加培訓，便可在生產線上做重複勞動。有一個數據是，要找到8700 名工程師來管理 20 萬名工人，在中國只需要 15 天，而美國則需要 9 個月。

圖表中舉了個例子，在2007 年iPhone 上市前幾個星期，蘋果需要為一組iPhone 裝上玻璃螢幕。美國的廠商說時間太短不可能做到，而中國的工廠立刻開工，在簽訂勞動合約前，這幫人已經奮戰了12 個小時。該工廠拿下這一項目之後，8000 個工人吃著餅乾和茶水，每天給 1 萬部iPhone 裝上玻璃螢幕。

賈伯斯曾說過，iPhone 不在美國組裝，原因不在於價格，而是亞洲工廠生產速度快，極其快，且可以做到超大規模和高靈活性。事實上，如果iPhone 在美國組裝，那麼每台的零售價格上漲2-3 美元。另外，除了組裝，供應鏈恐怕也很難擺脫中國的廠商。在加工製造業上，中國同樣可以做到靈活、高效，且技術一流。

在就業人數上，蘋果iPhone 影響十分廣泛。2011 年，蘋果在美國製造的工作崗位就達43000 人，駐紮在國外的員工高達20000 人。而在國外為蘋果服務的其他公司員工數高達70 萬，這裡面包含了代工廠、供應鏈、通路的員工。

而在美國國內，2012 年依託於蘋果生態工作的員工數高達598500 人，其中蘋果僱傭的員工數為50250 人，硬體上其他公司依託於蘋果的人數達257000 人，在iOS 平台上的開發者人數多達291250 人。前後兩者相加，蘋果在全球創造的工作崗位超過了百萬個。

在美國，員工主要集中在軟硬體的設計、服務上，核心部件並不多，大多是是來自亞洲。iPhone 上有大量需要稀土的部件，這些稀土只有中國內蒙古等地才有，由於中國限制了稀土出口，所以造成了iPhone、iPad 必須在中國生產的一大原因。

中國主要貢獻加工、製造，而日韓等國則提供核心零部件，比如LCD 面板、處理器晶片、電池、記憶體等。來自歐洲的部件較少，比如意法半導體提供的陀螺儀。
