英國國防部希望以2000萬英鎊（約台幣9.27億元）的價格，出售倫敦布朗普頓路地鐵車站，地上與地下總面積約2600平方公尺，國防部在此車站1930年代停止營運後買下車站。
房地產業者說，車站位於倫敦市中心，提供了絕佳的再造機會。（美聯社）

| 歐美漲 台股觀察外資動向

歐美股市連袂走揚，只是外資不斷賣超，8日大舉賣超新台幣119億元，外資後續動向，將是台股能否回穩的觀察重點。
中國大陸貿易數據優於預期，美國申領失業補助人數降，激勵歐美股市周四連袂走揚。
美國道瓊工業指數上漲27.65點，漲幅0.18%；那斯達克指數漲15.116點，漲幅0.41%；標普500指數漲6.57點，漲幅0.39%；費城半導體指數漲0.188點，漲幅0.04%。
國內外產業多空訊息紛雜，台塑化第2季受油價下跌，石化報價跌跌不休衝擊，本業虧損24億元，不過，在業外挹注下，仍力守獲利；上半年每股純益1.07元。
電腦大廠宏碁第2季虧損，董事長王振堂表示，第3季將力拚損益兩平。
群創第2季獲利繳出亮麗成績單，獲利40.69億元，超越友達與LGD；只是受中國大陸節能補貼結束，大尺寸面板價格下跌影響，群創7月業績月減4%，友達也減少1成。
發光二極體(LED)磊晶廠晶電第2季營運轉虧為盈，每股純益0.38元。
智慧手機廠宏達電開始布局中階智慧型手機市場，Desire 500預計8月進軍歐洲市場。
