長期工作才可以申請綠卡

每一年都有許多外國人來美國工作，有些外國人已經是美國永久居民、獲得政治庇護或者獲得了以就業為基礎的非移民簽證，這些人不需要單獨申請勞工紙。其他人要在美國工作，需要先申請勞工紙，獲得美國政府的許可。

美國政府將在美國工作的外國人可以分為四類：

一類是臨時工人（非移民簽證）。是為了具體的目地進入美國的，只在美國停留一段時間，在美國從事與簽證相一致的工作。

二是長期工人（移民簽證），被允許在美國長期生活與工作。

三是學生和訪問學者。在特定情況下，學生和訪問學者可以在美國工作，但必須首先獲得學校官員的授權，有些情況下還需要申請勞工紙。

四是臨時的商務訪客。出於商務目的訪問美國的外國人，需要獲得B-1簽證。

在上面的四個類別中，只有長期工人（移民簽證）可以申請綠卡。

五個勞工移民優先類別

不同的勞工移民要求不同，有些需要美國雇主先提供工作機會後才能申請，這種情況下雇主是擔保人（sponsor），此後，雇主再向移民局提出移民申請（I-140表）。還有一些勞工簽證要求雇主必須先從勞工部獲得僱工許可（Labor Certification），勞工部需要確認：一是在現有薪酬水平下沒有足夠的美國工人願意並且能夠勝任這一工作職位，二是僱外國人不會對在這個領域工作的美國工人產生負面影響。

勞工移民分為五個優先類別：

第一優先為在科學、藝術、教育、商業和體育領域的傑出人才，包括傑出的教授和研究人員、跨國公司高管和經理，雇主不需要先獲得僱工許可。

第二優先授予擁有高學位的專業人才，或者在藝術、科學和商業領域有特殊才能的人。這一類簽證需要先獲得僱工許可，除非獲得國家利益豁免。

第三優先授予技術勞工及專業人士、非技術勞工，需要先獲得僱工許可。

第四優先包括很多類別，有宗教移民、宗教工作者、美國海外機構雇員、受法院監護的外國未成年人等，不需要先獲得僱工許可。

第五優先是投資移民，投資額為100萬或50萬，要求增加至少10個全職工作機會，也不需要先獲得僱工許可。

因為最近想換手機,現在是用LG的手機~但是因為跑太慢了!!

加上打開檔案又經常當機~所以再考慮S3跟NOTE兩款!!

價錢是沒差,只是?!NOTE的版型我喜歡,而S3還好?!

個人是比較喜歡4吋到5吋的螢幕~但是不知道該選哪一款??

NOTE>>>S3的內建與解析度照相功能"似"差不多!!

但依據現在的趨勢與用途及流行,請示各位大大~我該選哪一款!!

各位好~小子也是求行程安排的...請各位幫幫忙~
打算十月中後去台中輕鬆遊幾天, 由台北出發, 想到的景點有以下:

一中商圈/夜市
逄甲夜市
紙教堂
清景(農場, 小瑞士花園)
中社觀光花市/ 新社鄉(那個比較方便? 十月是花季嗎?)
車埕集集
台中公園
谷關溫泉(還在考慮要不要去...)

由於不自駕, 也不包車, 太遠的合歡山和日月潭就不去了~
為配會這些行程, 會在台中市住宿兩晚加清景一晚, 就是三日三夜, 因為第四天一早就去台北了~
大家覺得時間許可嗎? 景點會不會相距太遠? 還是可以再加一點景點進去?
而且由於會於台北出發, 計劃是搭火車到台中, 是不是該先網上買來回票?

各背包客有甚麼意見嗎? 我對台中真的不很熟...
